I usually shop with Stylevana for Korean skincare and never really had issues. Their shipping was always really slow but this time I made an order for a birthday present I was very careful with the items I chose. I picked all the items that said in stock and usually dispatched within 24h but that's just not true.
For reference, I placed the order on the 28th Feb and chose the faster delivery of 5-10days in hopes it will arrive within 2 weeks at worst. The order was not acknowledged until 4th March and was only dispatched on 12th March. That’s 2 weeks of just preparing the order for the items that were in stock and usually dispatched within 24h.
I did not receive my order until 21st March. So the faster shipping is not worth it as the cheaper one would have reached probably around the same time.
I was loyal to Stylevana, but will be shopping elsewhere now even if that means paying a slightly higher price.
Absolutely shocking experience with Stylevana. After 48 emails and over two months of waiting, I still have no resolution.
I placed my order on 12 January, and it wasn’t dispatched until 11 February because a small item was out of stock — something they never bothered to inform me about. No communication, no transparency, just complete disregard for the customer.
I have been extremely patient with them.
They claimed the parcel was delivered on 17 February — but it never arrived. A month-long courier investigation followed and still no solution was offered.
Two months after my order, instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind the courier and refused to help. They even tried to offer a voucher instead of a refund — essentially forcing me to spend more money with them after this crazy experience.
This company shows zero accountability, zero customer care, and leaves customers out of pocket with nothing to show for it. If they are operating in the UK, they clearly need to learn and follow UK consumer law. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards.
Avoid Stylevana completely. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money.

FRAUDULENT TRACKING DATA — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with Stylevana NL (Order #BWSVNLB2000059014) and waited over two months with no delivery. Every time I contacted customer service, I received the same copy-paste response promising shipment “within 7 working days” or “10 to 14 working days.” None of these promises were kept.
When I finally demanded a full refund, they suddenly sent me a shipping confirmation with a Floship tracking number. Here is the most alarming part: the tracking page showed shipment milestone entries dated 24 and 25 March — but I received this tracking link on 22 March. The tracking system was displaying events from the future. This is not a system error. This is fabricated tracking data.
When I pointed this out, they responded with yet another generic email saying the parcel had already been dispatched and they could not process a cancellation. They even had the audacity to say “we hope you may consider keeping the order” — an order I have never received and likely never will.
I have screenshots of everything: the future-dated tracking entries, all email exchanges, and the order confirmation. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank, filing complaints with the European Consumer Centre Netherlands and the Dutch consumer protection authority (ACM), and reporting this to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
If you are reading this before placing an order: DO NOT. Read the hundreds of similar reviews here. The pattern is always the same — delays, generic responses, fake shipping confirmations, and no refund. Save yourself the stress and your money.

I would give no stars if possible.
Ordered for the first time, took three months to arrive but DID arrive.
12/12/25 - placed second order. All items in stock, so should have been no problem to despatch.
5/1/26 - email stating some items were out of stock. Asked how they could be in stock when I ordered, but then sold to someone else. No reply.
16/1/26 - asked why my parcel hadn't been despatched. Remarkably it was despatched the next day.
20/1/26 Email from Evri asking where I wanted my parcel delivered, I chose a drop box at a local store.
28/1/26 'Out for Delivery' status changed to 'Return to Sender'
Have been chasing both Evri and Stylevana ever since, but the latter says no refund until they have the parcel back. Evri say the parcel is lost.
Stylevana as far as I know haven't investigated with Evri - their philosophy seems to be it's my bad luck the parcel, and £100 or cosmetics, has gone missing.
AVOID
EDIT: 24th March. Thank you for your 'cut and paste' response Stylevana - the same response to every complaint on here. The problem is, as detailed in my original review, you DON'T respond or look in to complaints or solve problems - you send standard responses, not even having read the details of the complaint! This stock answer that you post about customer confidentiality is actually proving what most people are saying about your company and terrible level of customer service.

I was a bit worried about ordering when I read reviews but I was only ordering one item so thought I would give it a try. My order was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived within 2 weeks which isn't bad from Hong Kong. The product is definitely genuine and I got a little free sample of a product I've been wanting to try too! Not sure if I was lucky because my product was in stock and I only ordered one item but can't fault Stylvana.
I ordered the 9th February and still haven't received my order. I was given a fake tracking number. I have emailed support twice and haven't had a response about my order status.

I have placed several orders and I’ve never got an issue until this time. I placed an order end of December and its march and I still haven’t received it. The order was shipped very late and on top the courier had issues delivering it. I been following up for weeks, months and I still don’t get a solution. They don’t take responsibility of solving issues in regular times. Still getting a vague reply to all the multiple tickets and emails I’ve been sending, but no actual solution. Customer service is really not following up properly

Nice discounts, crazy long wait time. I paid for express delivery and it still took them 2 weeks plus even though everything I ordered was in stock. Was told if would ship in less than 24 hours. But it took them 2 days. It was a skincare haul. The items I wanted to restock were low and they finished long before my order arrived. They should work on that. Everything else was okay

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, i have made an order and almost a month later I still haven’t gotten my package yet, i emailed the company and explained everything, and thankfully i had the prints of my order number and “tracking” because after two weeks I got a response saying that they couldn’t find my order anymore, that’s so frustrating and disrespectful because they don’t even bother to explain and give a refund.

I placed an order and received the products within 15 days, exactly as expected. Despite seeing many negative reviews, I decided to take a chance—and I’m glad I did. Everything went smoothly, and the deals offered are genuinely good.
I read the reviews of Stylevana and agreed with them, bought it and was patient, my order arrived within 14 days, and in very good condition, guys you have to be patient sometimes 14 days sometimes 1 month.
Don’t use this website they don’t reply to emails and don’t send your products

I placed my order on 10/02/2026, and the tracking shows it’s “delivered” — but I never received it. I’ve checked everywhere: neighbours, my garden, and there’s no delivery card. Even worse, the tracking link showed a completely unrelated package I had already received. I would rate them a 0. Tracking said my order was delivered, but I never got it. Contacted customer service, still no resolution. Clearly not the only one experiencing this — very disappointing.

I placed two orders on the 9th of March and I have received both without any issues (in Spain). One earlier this week and the other one today. Both original products and exactly the same as the ones I bought myself in Korea.

I placed an order worth approximately C$100 nearly four months ago, and I have yet to receive it. While there may have been an issue with the local carrier, Stylevana has completely failed to take responsibility for the non-delivery.
I have been given the run-around for months, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. A reputable retailer should guarantee the arrival of their merchandise; instead, Stylevana has left me to deal with the frustration of a lost package and lost money.
If you are in Canada, save yourself the headache. There are plenty of domestic retailers with similar pricing that actually provide reliable service and accountability.

Their stuff is good and they have good deals, but their service isn't professional. Every time I ordered, they told me some items weren't available a month later even though they were all in stock when I ordered. Their stock control is terrible and delivery takes at least a month to dispatch.
