Took 2 months to arrive in spite of emailing at least 6 times. I received a standard reply to each query.
Surprisingly when the item arrived the item was very good.
I would never order from them again.

I ordered beautiful velvet dress for Christmas navy blue. It took three weeks to arrive snd when it did I was horrified. It was nothing like the picture totally different blue. Cheap bay material looked though it had been made by 5 yrc old. Soooo disappointed. Emailed to complain told to send it back to China at my own expense. Never again. Avoid this site like the plague.

Quality of products are cheap, clothing doesn’t look as it does in the pictures and is a lot shorter in length than shown
Material is cheap and not flattering

Complained about the items not looking like advertised and they still insisted on me paying for the returns

Would never use them again

If I could give this no stars I would.
Bought a Cardigan in my usual size. When it arrived it was far to big that you could get 3 of me in it. I enquired to return it I was told it would need to returned to China. Baring in mind the Cardigan cost around £25 it was going to cost £23.50 to return it, so now have a cardigan I can't wear and I am now £25 out of pocket.

0rdered a product. Still not arrived even though they say they delivered. Do not deal with this company
No response to emails. Shocking service

My knitwear took so long to arrive I had almost forgotten I had ordered it. It was so large three of me could have fitted into it. Also it had an unpleasant smell. It went in the bin. Do not deal with them

I ordered a top never in my life have I seen anything as hideous, I would even feel embarrassed giving it to the charity shop.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive, when they did the wellies were clearly under sized, I could see by looking at them they would not fit. Worn size 10 for 40 years, but these boots are not a proper 10 they are nearer an 8
They told my I had to post back to China at my expense.

The beautiful sweater that I saw online and ordered is nothing like the awful tent like cheap tat that I received. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible experience – do not buy from this website.
The shoes I received are not true to size at all—they run extremely small and are completely unwearable. On top of that, the quality is shockingly poor, cheap materials, bad construction, and nowhere near what was advertised on the website.
When I contacted customer service to return the item, they told me I would have to ship it back to China at my own expense, which is unreasonable and unacceptable. This was never made clear at the time of purchase. The return shipping would cost almost as much as the shoes themselves.
This company clearly makes it difficult to return items so customers give up. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I want a full refund, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this website unless you want to waste your money.

Ordered this a month ago and still waiting. Contacted customer service and waited weeks for a response. Will never purchase from this store again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Crooks and con-artists: this company supplies shoes that are absolutely not as described - they are all without exception undersized; none of them are wide-fitting (which is why I bought them); in one case the jumper arrived months late and seriously undersized - it was probably extra small when I had ordered extra large, and in order not to doubt to disguise the subterfuge they had cut out the label, making it essentially second-hand. Abominable behaviour. Their helpline is of no value, purposefully it seems, as they offer full refunds to those who return the items at issue to (believe it or not) China! Despite the fact that the company is UK registered. They previously operated under the name of STYLISHOE

Absolute rubbish. Not as the photo, cheap and nasty. Sizing all wrong and you have to pay the p&p to send them back to China for a refund. Avoid.

I waited 4 weeks to receive a rubbish sweatshirt that apart from the colour didn't even resemble the wool jumper I ordered, it wasn't even the size I ordered.

Was totally scammed by this company. I saw this great looking jacket on Facebook, after ordering and waiting several weeks for delivery, extremely unhappy with what I received, which was a terribly crafted garment, it is thinner than most of my shirts and the quality is awful, with a wonky pvc collar and for some reason, it smells horrendous. The returns policy is just as bad, I have to return it to China, at my own expense, for them to examine it and decide whether I get the full purchase price back. Please beware.

Item not as described . Company refused to refund while cost and said I had to pay shipping . No label for refund so can’t track . They stopped responding to my emails and I have a coat that is sub standard and nothing like photos or description . Do not buy from them

This summery of experience is by far the worse experience of trading on line I have had.

Ordered placed 20th November 2025. At the time prior to ordering, no indication of delivery date was given. Two days later I was informed a tracking number for my goods. This has not been updated since. I gave asked several times for an update and no clear indication has been given as to where my goods are. I have therefore reported this to Paypal. I would definitely not recommend these people to anyone.
