A terrible cancellation process. I have now been through the cancellation process THREE times.
The first time i did it and had to go through about 8 pages confirming I wanted to cancel. I was 3 months postpartum at the time and sleep deprived so when a second charge came out I thought it was my brain fog and I must've forgotten to cancel so I went through it again.
I've now just noticed another charge has come out for the service and this time went back through my emails to see I had two cancellation emails previously. When I went onto the 'stylix app' which is just an awful portal it said my subscription was still active so I went through the same cancellation pages again. The end screen says "we've sent you a cancellation later" but what they fail to specify is that you need to go into that cancellation email and click again to confirm you want to cancel and go through another page trying to entice you to stay. This is SUCH bad practice.
If you request to cancel and confirm on multiple pages that you want to decline offers and proceed to cancel and are met with a "we've sent you a cancellation later" this should be treated as a cancellation without a sneaky extra step that I'm sure a lot of people will miss.
I reached out for a refund and their customer service got back to me quickly and have refunded one month (34.99) but I should be due 69.98 as I requested to cancel within the trial period and went through all of the necessary steps.
I'll be seeking a chargeback if the remaining refund isn't processed and I'll be going to trading standards.
Seems likely that I will get good results. I just signed up.
I wish it be more optionally for informal design
I accidentally purchased the extra guides because the checkout process was misleading. I immediately canceled everything and hope customer service can help me with a refund
So far I’ve liked liked it I’m waiting to find out what I’m going to get help with
