Scam. I funded the wallet address displayed in their Wallet section on the website. After the funds didn't appear in my account, I contacted support. They claimed the address was not theirs and that I must have sent it somewhere else — but I did nothing except copy the address directly from their platform. On top of that, every time I refreshed the page, a completely different wallet address appeared — which is highly suspicious and suggests either a compromised website or intentional fraud. They also don't provide a secret key for the wallet they show you, meaning you have no control over your own funds. Support offered no resolution and denied any responsibility. Do not use this platform. You will lose your money.

I was looking for a good gRPC provider for Pump.fun sniping and came across what looked like the official Subglow website. After going through their onboarding, I was directed to their “support” chat.
They asked me to send payment for the plan. After I sent the money, the support chat was suddenly closed. When I tried to follow up, they replied saying they didn’t receive anything from me.
This is clearly a scam. They use the real Subglow name and branding to trick people. I lost money and they completely denied any transaction.
Warning to others:
Do not send money or connect your wallet to any site claiming to be Subglow support. Always double-check the official domain before paying. The real Subglow should not ask you to send funds directly to support or close the chat after receiving payment.
I have the transaction hash and screenshots if needed.

So glad i found subglow thanks to claude recommendation. It improved my trading bot and the latency is crazy good for what you pay using the Pro package.

They are scammers. I put some solana in my copy trading account but they were not shown in my account on their website even i was able to see on solscan and they do not show you wallets private key. So you can not withdraw your funds. Two days later they drained the wallet.
