Sublimania absolutely saved my business…

Sublimania absolutely saved my business over Christmas. After being let down seriously by a very large Sublimation supplier, Sublimania really came through for me! I contacted them on a Sunday, right after I'd ordered, to see if they were able to dispatch on Monday as I had a very tight deadline (orders for my business and no coasters to use!), and they responded within minutes. The coasters I ordered got here quickly and were well packaged - I've ordered twice more from them and they're always been great quality and packaged well (especially appreciate using newspaper rather than plastic to pad the box - far more eco-friendly and does the job very well!). I have found that contacting them via the form gets you a very quick response, as opposed to email or phone.

The long and short of it is that I'll be using Sublimania as my number 1 sublimation supplier from here on out!

Don't bother

Extemely bad business ethic. I placed an order on the 4th of March for express shipping. Fast forward a week and no delivery I contact the company who inform me that they were on holiday so the order had not been despatched yet. Cue a screenshot of some dodgy picture that they just drew up and attached to the email saying that this was explained on the website which is completely untrue. I know this because our business nature requires our computers continuously screen record everything that is done in our office and on reviewing the footage surprise surprise no mention of a holiday.

Anyway they assured me that the order would now be sent and I had to press for the tracking information which showed Tracked 48. Now we have ordered from here before so know that the express shipping (which we selected) is always Tracked 24, however they are refusing to issue me a refund for the extra I paid. I would avoid like the plague as there are other companies out there selling the same products with better customer service

Thank you for your review and feedback - its very much appreciated but I think we need to put it into some sort of context.

As you know, we have been in contact with you to help you get your order to you as soon as we reopened.
You kindly sent through a couple of emails as to why it hadn't been despatched and we responded accordingly

The Holiday and stock take notice was placed on the front page of the website as well as on cart check out page using a bright pink banner with an explanation of why and the dates we would be closed - not sure how you missed it.

(We sent you a copy to show you what we had put on the website at the time you placed your order).

Our hosting and IT Company we use can also confirm that this banner was in place for the period covered ( it was actually placed on the website 72hrs prior to the closure dates to inform our customers) as we have to change and add specific coding to make it appear on the pages we requested.

It clearly stated we would be closed from the 27th February and reopening the office on the 7th March and that all orders received during that period would be despatched after this date

Your order was sent out as soon as possible when we reopened and the tracking number directly emailed to you via the shipment confirmation email using Royal Mail which shows the tracking number - this also appears on your order account page for your reference.

The express shipping charge of £3.99 has been refunded to you as well - please check youre original payment method as this is where it will appear ,the time it takes to process is down to your payment provider at the time and we have no control of this unfortunately, so you may need to contact them directly to see what the timescale is going to be

Again, please accept our apologies if you didn't see the notifications on our website when you placed your order but we really did try and make a big splash of it !

Very Bad products and customer service

Very poor customer service sublimation items can't even print on says white high gloss magnets but turned up a dirt cream. Be even printed look awful, They don't answer phone just rings and rings and email response after 4 emails saying well u burnt them even though I sent pic of all the black from delivery were dirty cream colour.

Poor company stay away you be wasting your money.

I been left out of pocket and products that can't be used not fit for purpose.

I had used 1 and the colour was worse heat settings was to guidelines I did not burn them

You confirmed in your email that the magnets appeared scorched after pressing ,which we agreed with after seeing the images you kindly sent through.

We offered guidance on setting up and adjusting your press settings to stop this from happening.

Unfortunately if you then continued to use the fridge magnets we cant offer a refund or a return if you were not initially happy with the finish
