Make a complaint to the police!

After filing a complaint with the authorities on 10/04/2019, I digitalized the documents and sent them by email to subprof, today I have received all the material I paid for!
I advise everyone to do the same as I!

To Whom It May Concern
An order was made on 05.04 without any response. Order number QSSCAFZKS.
Charge for the product and back up the money in full.
Trying to call without answering, sending countless emails every day without any answer at all.
If there is no answer from you, I will contact all credit card companies including paypal who provide service through your company to check your company in terms of service and cheating.
Including contacting the legal authorities for legal action.
It is unthinkable that a response and shipment that has been purchased is not handled and sent after you have received the payment.
Please note that there may be fraud

I ordered from Subprof in the past, it was great, latest order unfulfilled.

I ordered from Subprof in the past. Prices and selection are very good, especially for customers who live in the USA where spearfishing - freediving gear is very expensive. Subprof would ship 3 - 5 weeks after the order as they tend to not stock up. Customer service is slow, and it would usually take up to a week to get a reply. But they told me they would ship my latest order in January without a Salvimar 7mm wetsuit, as they had been waiting for it for a while. I received the rest of the stuff. But now it is April and I have not received the suit yet. I called, emailed, submitted web tickets and I have not received any reply and no one ever answered the phone (I live in the USA so I had to call them at 6 am). I am not sure if they are going out of business or something. I have been satisfied in the past, once they sent the wrong mask, and they told me to keep it and sent me the correct one free of charge. It is a shame as this stuff is so marked up in the USA, but I can not recommend them anymore. In the past they were slow, but always shipped and replied.

i seriously think it's a scam

hello, I placed an order on your site a few days ago and it has not yet been shipped. Furthermore you do not answer the phone and messages. The payment was made by credit card and the order number is: RJMRAZQDX. I want a return of money and a response from you, otherwise I will go to the police and use legal means with a lawyer. I am not joking because I have also read other very negative reviews about you and I am right thinking that it is a scam. i want an answer very quickly.

Another victim of fraudulent company subprof.com

As many of previous posts, I have also placed an order (AAYTZPZRT) with this company. They are not replying to the emails or phone calls.
I still have (some little) hope that I will receive my mask and correction lenses. It is very misleading that the stock and/or the true delivery times are not mentioned on the website.

I had an order XPJETGOHL paid on 19th march but since then I have sent many email and messages, and tryied to call several times, with no answer. And I need to receive my products until 31/march, because I am going to travel back another country.

Bad experience and costumer services.

on 24.02.19 I ordered a wetsuit in this store , so far the seller has not finished the product . there are no replies to numberous messeges from the seller.
there is no money, no goods.
I really do not recommend buying in this store .

9 months ago I ordered a full cressi Corvina wetsuit. They sent 2 wetsuit tops rather than the full wetsuit that I ordered. Subprof said they would come and collect it. On 3 occasions I took time off work to be there for collection and they failed to turn up. I called multiple times and no one answers. Ussually I only get a reply on facebook weeks after sending messages. After 8 months they finally collected the wetsuit. Now the correct wetsuit that I originally ordered requesting an additional money. The wetsuit was in perfect condition and I have the photos to prove it which I sent to them. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have consulted a lawyer and will be taking legal action against this company if I dont here from them in a week. If anyone from Subprof cares about customer experience then please send the wetsuit I ordered or at least give me a full refund. alternativley I will see you in court.

Hace 9 meses pedí un traje completo de Corvina de cressi. Enviaron 2 tops de traje de neopreno en lugar del traje completo que ordené. Subprof dijo que vendrían a recogerlo. En 3 ocasiones me tomé un tiempo fuera del trabajo para estar allí para la recolección y no se presentaron. Llamé varias veces y nadie responde. Usualmente solo recibo una respuesta en Facebook semanas después de enviar mensajes. Después de 8 meses finalmente recogieron el traje de neopreno. Ahora el traje correcto que pedí originalmente solicitando un dinero adicional. El traje estaba en perfectas condiciones y tengo las fotos para demostrarlo que les envié. Esta es la peor experiencia de cliente que he tenido. He consultado a un abogado y tomaré una acción legal contra esta empresa si no los presento aquí en una semana. Si alguien de Subprof se preocupa por la experiencia del cliente, envíe el traje de neopreno que ordené o al menos dénme un reembolso completo. Alternativamente te veré en la corte.

2 months and still the order has not been shipped...

I wish I had read the reviews on this page prior to placing an order... There is a common theme here. I placed a EUR354 order on 9-Jan. After sending multiple messages through the SubProf website and trying to call (getting no meaningful response from either), I asked PayPal to step in on 11 March (2 months later).

Interestingly, SubProf did finally respond; apparently they are waiting on one of the items to ship - they promised to send the items that they have in stock. I now can now longer access my account, nor have I been contacted by subprof to confirm shipment.

Update: PayPal is going to refund my money but still no response from SubProf. SubProf's customer service is absolutely appalling.

I received one order after a lot of asking. And after I asked for full cancellation and refund. They quickly send one order. OK, well also fine: but not asked for. For the other order I got confirmed a refund. Now after 6 weeks still no refund on my account.

My track code is MJBIUHQWN and I still didn't recieve my product even though I paid for it. I sent them texts and calls too many times but they have the worst customer service they didn't respond back. I'm still waiting my orders. Don't buy anything from this site!

they have good and excellent…BUT

they have good and excellent products...
but they are not commercial and not professional..
they did not have a stock..there customers service are not very pleasant...i sent message but no reply many times
for example i order in october 22 2018 and i receive my goods in febuary 05 2019...
so sorry so pity..

Very Worried Customer

I have placed a order on the the 25:02:19 and have been try to call and email this company and the only response that you get is that your email has been correctly sent . So with this lack of communication I decide to do a fraud Check and came across all of these complaints from other customers . I cant not wait for two-three months to have my order prepared and shipped that is totally unacceptable in this day of online stores and customer service . The company does not say if the item is out of stock so you as the customer cant make the decision to buy or not .I am not going to take the chance and wait one or two months for my items .I am going to apply for a refund now .I hope they reply to this as it seem is the only forum in which they contact customers My order #PDOQCZDNP
