Love Subsplash and what it offers for…
Love Subsplash and what it offers for our Church members to experience being at Church when they can not.
The App is perfect for us and offers so many good things for our Church
Four years later
Our church in Kailua, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, has been using this service for the past 4 years. Previously, we were using multiple services to meet our needs for a website, church app, livestream platform, online giving, and church communication, until we found Subsplash. They are an all-in-one service that meets the needs of most churches. We were so thrilled to finally find a platform that services most of the areas that we needed, while saving us over $2000 annually.
After using Subsplash for the past 4 years and saving thousands of dollars, it can be challenging to find other platforms that meet all the needs we've listed above. There is, however, much room for improvement, as at times it can feel as if certain requests are brushed aside. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Subsplash to any church, from small to medium, and possibly to a church with over 500.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Available for troubleshooting. Our church enjoys the Subsplash program.
Things to know about coming to Subsplash
We are a smaller church and came to subsplash from another entity. We wanted help with our web site, an app presence and online giving.
-the first blush was sales did not clearly express the on boarding process requiring my watching video tutorials and the amount of time and energy that would be needed to complete the on boarding process. Once that was completed however, it has been easy to maintain.
-on going education is excellent. Availability of articles through the dashboard is wonderful, and the chat or support appointment ability is superb. I feel well supported.
-Subsplash giving seems very easy for the church-and actually has become a preferred way of giving for over 50% of our people.
-I have yet to use "forms", and I have not transferred our contacts fully for any group communication. Perhaps later in time. We are in year 2.

Subsplash makes it easy
Subsplash makes it easy to do everything from one site. We use it to broadcast our services thru multiple sites, for documenting our giving and for our website. Plus, their staff are A+ for customer service.

We have partnered with Subsplash since… 2020
We have partnered with Subsplash for over 5 years and have greatly benefited from the products, innovation, and service. Thank you for allowing us to deliver the Gospel and the word of God throughout the world!
I love that our church can integrate…
I love that our church can integrate our app, website, events calendar, event registration, giving platform, and media library across one platform. I have worked with several website builders, and SnapPages (the builder Subsplash uses) is my favorite so far. Everything looks attractive and professional and all aspects are easy to use. Highly recommend!
Try it - you won't regret it!
We recently made the transition to Subsplash for our giving platform and have been so impressed with the customer service as well as how easy the platform is to use. Try it! You won't regret it.
Great All-in-One Church Platform
We use Subsplash at a large multi-campus church in the Tampa Bay, Florida area serving more than 5,000 people in weekly attendance with an additional 1,500+ watching online each week. Because of that scale, having a reliable and centralized digital platform is critical for our communication and ministry operations.
Subsplash has become a core part of how we manage our digital ecosystem. We use it for our church app, website integration, sermon media, event management, and push notifications to keep our congregation informed and engaged throughout the week. The platform allows our team to quickly publish content, manage series and messages, and communicate across multiple campuses without needing a complicated workflow.
What we appreciate most is how the different pieces of the platform work together. Instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools, Subsplash allows us to manage much of our digital ministry from one system. It has been a dependable platform that continues to add useful features for churches and ministries.
I would recommend giving it a try for your church or nonprofit.
Great product, great service
As a product, they had everything we needed and at a reasonable price. Their support is helpful and knowledgeable. Each step of our onboarding process was smoother than expected. They are also committed to making improvements to their products, which is also very much appreciated.
Worth a Try
In the world of churches, we are a step above "tiny," but our desire is to have the best digital presence we can muster. We know it will not be "epic" or monumental but we will be present. Subsplash has allowed that to happen for us with relative ease. We have a website. We have an app. We have assistance preparing study and promotional materials based on Sunday and Wednesday teaching events. We have a venue for online giving for those who desire to do so.
Have we seen all the advances Subsplash promised? No. But we have seen engagement in our particular culture and community we might not have seen otherwise. Frankly, we know our content is focused in a way that will not draw huge attention in the church world. Subsplash isn't opening doors we can't open ourselves. They are helping us manage the doors we can open. They are responsive and helpful. They have adequate opportunities for learning the Subsplash system that are readily accessible.
Ask a lot of questions. Take some of the presented possibilities as only possibilities. But don't be afraid to give them a chance. Our public presentation is degrees better than it was.

A smooth and very easy web creation…
A smooth and very easy web creation design features. I have enjoyed working with SubSplash to get our church caught up on the web presence side. We have seen a rise in attendance and online giving since our new site and apps have gone online. I am sure you will too.
Subsplash has helped our church in communication and growth.
Subsplash has helped our church transform our communications with our multigenerational congregation. By changing to Subsplash, we are more organized to handle the new growth in our church. Also, the change to Subsplash has allowed us to eliminate a lot of excess expenses and therefore allows us more monies for ministries.
Highly Recommend
We are a church of about 200. We had a nightmare of a situation with Cloversites and were more than ready to switch to something else, when Subsplash reached out to us. We were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the people we interacted with at Subsplash. They were not pushy, which I liked. Our website and app look amazing and professional. There are so many capabilities and they will be rolling out more. Their tutorials are super helpful and their AI agent has helped me with almost every question I've had in setting everything up. Even though it's more pricey than some others, what you get is worth it. I am very impressed with Subsplash and highly recommend it.
Not concerned about the needs of smaller churches
I went with Subsplash because a sales guy reached out to me. It sounded like it would be great for us to continue what we were doing on a much cleaner platform. Plus, we would get a new website and an app. I was concerned about signing a contract because I've seen other churches get locked into a product that didn't fit them. I voiced this concern to the sales guy, and he reassured me that he couldn't imagine his company keeping a church in a product that would not be a good fit. So, against my better judgment, I signed the contract. The transition went well. The onboarding sessions for the app development process were just overwhelming. I am the only pastor who can work on the app. We really didn't even need an app, and the sales guy didn't do his due diligence to find out what our biggest needs were.
All that was enough, but then our first major event, where we used a registration form, occurred. The form was easy to create and to share. Everything was going great until I went to send out a follow-up text to the 160 attendees. I couldn't do it using Subsplash. I had to export my spreadsheet and use our old system, which I still had access to (thankfully). Our old system was super user-friendly.
I called my sales guy to let him know my experience and to request that we break the contract. It then got awkward and hard. He had to go to his boss and ask for an exception. They gave us a little mercy. We had to pay for $400 for very limited use over not even a month of use and very light use at that. I was not happy, but my hands were tied. Lesson learned.
Fast forward a few months, and my bookkeeper tells me that Subsplash has not transferred funds to our bank account from donations made in November (two months ago). I logged into the dashboard and discovered that they were holding onto $1,400. I chatted with support, and a ticket was created almost three weeks ago as of today. There is still a little over $800 that is in a "pending" status. It's like pouring salt into a wound.
Subsplash may be good for big churches, but it just doesn't work for us. They are more concerned about locking you into a contract and selling you products you don't even need than they are about your ministry. This is big business trying to pretend they care about ministry. So sad.
I would not recommend that anyone use this company, but especially not smaller churches.
