Pace sold me on the fact that Subto is one big community and everyone is willing to help you succeed. He wasn't lying! Everyone is Subto and the other groups I have joined through Subto since, have been amazing! Highly recommend you start with this real estate community and don't waste time on the others.

SubTo has been an amazing experience so far. The community is super supportive, the education is valuable, and the opportunities to connect with like-minded investors are incredible. I’ve learned a lot and feel much more confident taking steps toward real estate investing. Definitely worth being a part of if you’re serious about growing and building your future.
