Asked for my money back when I realized the program was useless. Complete silence. No response. Nothing. Jared's "no refunds" policy is buried in the contract hoping you don't notice. I spoke to others in the program and none of us have bought a single property. “Jared Section8” or Jared Gonzalez is a con artist preying on desperate people. Save your money.
Paid $8000 for this mentorship and got nothing but pre-recorded videos you can find on YouTube for free. No support. No real coaching. Just a group chat full of confused people asking the same questions with no answers. Jared claims he built a 200-unit portfolio in 2 years with no credit but when I asked for proof I got crickets. His LLC was registered January 23 2025. A guy with a company that's existed for months is out here charging people thousands. Complete scam.
