I bought one of the skull umbrellas a few months while in the US. Came to visit my partner in the UK. Never had the chance to use it until 2 weeks ago. Was rather bummed I had gotten a faulty umbrella, as the skulls never showed up even though the umbrella was thoroughly soaked. I reached out to their customer support with my plight, and I was totally blown away by how they took care of me! While they didn't have the skulls umbrella on hand, they sent me another of their umbrellas IMMEDIATELY to tide me over and then followed up by sending me a replacement skull umbrella when they had them back in stock. A+++++ for customer service! (Umbrellas work great and feel sturdy enough. Big enough for one person, or 2 people if you REALLY like each other.)

Brighten up bad weather umbrella. poor quality umbrella; gold interior black exterior. Weak can not withstand wind. handle is uncomfortable and too weak to support any wind and rain combination. DO NOT BUY. Rip off.

Placed an order two weeks ago. No update since receiving the confirmation email. Emailed them three days ago. No reply. There’s a link in the email to track progress but as I’m now suspecting that this website may not be genuine, I’m not clicking on a suspect link! I’m giving it one more week then contacting my credit card company.

The flashing Vegas style cake topper just arrived. Wow really impressed with quality! Super fast free delivery, extremely well packaged, informed every step of the way and brilliant pricing buying direct. Really impressed with this company and what a refreshing change to receive customer care in a hectic take the money and run society. Cannot recomend highly enough-brilliant!

I bought some great Christmas presents direct from the Suck UK website. Not only do they have cool and good fun stuff that is well packaged but their customer service is excellent - when I had a problem they replaced the item without hesitation (and the replacement arrived before I'd returned the faulty item).
