I've been using Sucuri's services for the last few years and I'm fully satisfied with their technical expertise and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a website.

Sometimes less than one hour.
When you need them you need them NOW not in 3 days. They understood that and their personel take care of your needs.
I am not a computer expert - I Donnerstag get along but with securityproblems und websites - I am a doctor and not a tech-geek ! The helped me through the part that I was not familiar with and they got my hacked site running in no time. I could not think of a better way to protect my website.
Since I have booked them and their security pack I did not have any more issues. Believe me not only as a doctor it is embarassing when your clients are redirected to some adult sites.
They solved that problem and for 3 years in a row I had no more problems.

We have used Sucuri now for years and couldn't be more happy with the service. We learned the hard way the need for this service when our website was attached and taken over by someone. It was hard to believe that a small one location retailer would be hacked, but it happened and that's when we realized how integrated our site was with our total operation. Originally, we had a service that was recommended by our hosting service that turn out to be so expensive and it didn't provide nearly the level of service we get from Sucuri. Sucuri was able to remove the malware that was placed onto our server and had us up and running quicker than I had expected. Since being with Sucuri, we have never experienced any addition successful attack on our site.

Securi seriously saved the day! After having a cyber attack twice, it had left malware somewhere in amongst the files. I joined Securi hoping to guard against future hacks, however they actually detected the malware and cleaned it for me, plus since that day... never had an issue. I have since had over 1000 more attacks on my website with absolutely zero penetration. I owe them a beer!

Although I was skeptical about the price at first, Sucuri has saved my bacon multiple times which makes it invaluable. It catches malware injections, downtime and security issues much faster than any other plugin I've tried. I now recommend it to everyone.

Came to Sucuri after our WordPress website was infected. They removed and patched the site super fast with a clear guide for further protection, and have been using their protection systems since.

Setting up their firewall and security plugin I now get easy and clear reports showing any problems with the site - and alerts when people are trying to hack into an 'admin' account (Which their firewall auto stops!)

In December 2019, I received several urgent messages from my webhost, SiteGround, stating that Malware had been detected in 3 URLs on my website. Each alert urged me to use professional clean-up service by Sucuri and included a link to purchase Sucuri's service. Panicked, I signed up for an annual service with Sucuri for $199.99 (the cheapest option) that included a 30-day trial period in which I could cancel. I immediately put in a ticket for Sucuri to address the urgent malware problem on my website that I'd been informed about by SiteGround. Sucuri was unable to find any evidence of malware. Meanwhile, SiteGround continued to send me malware notifications, and each time, Sucuri said there was no malware to be found. Realizing Sucuri couldn't fix the issue and that I'd need to find another service, I immediately requested my service be cancelled as I was still well within the initial 30 day trial period. I was informed by Sucuri that they could not refund me anything because if a customer puts in even one ticket for malware removal--and EVEN IF SUCURI FAILS TO REMOVE IT--it voids the customer's ability to cancel their service.

After getting nowhere with Sucuri's customer service, in February, I finally decided to address my terrible experience with Sucuri with SiteGround, my webhost, since SiteGround was the one who referred me to Sucuri--a fact that made me question whether or not I should continue using SiteGround as my webhost. SiteGround immediately contacted Sucuri on my behalf and got them to issue a refund in the full amount of $199.99. Prior to SiteGround's involvement, I had been in contact with multiple customer service representatives at Sucuri and their only reply was basically, "Sorry you misunderstood the terms of our contract, but it is what it is and we can't refund you." I'm very relieved to see that at least SiteGround takes an interest in their customers and in doing the right thing in their business practice because my webdesigner recommends SiteGround to all her clients. As for Sucuri, my opinion of them remains unchanged. I have no interest in ever using their services again and I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone.

**I'd like to also point out that where Sucuri's customer service team does appear to spend their time is flagging their negative reviews here on Trust Pilot. This is my 2nd time posting a review about Sucuri. Sucuri challenged my last review as not being valid, stating I wasn't one of their customers. After I provided evidence of my customer status and my back-and-forth with Sucuri to Trust Pilot, my review was reinstated. However, Sucuri then claimed that my review violated Trust Pilot's guidelines (for reasons that have not been disclosed to me) and they ultimately succeeded in getting my first review removed. If this is how Sucuri conducts themselves on Trust Pilot in order to get the numerous negative reviews about their services removed, then I think there's likely little hope of their customer service and business model improving anytime soon.**

Insanely bad customer support. I submitted a request for support to take a look at the firewall because it was redirecting traffic to another website. They didn't respond for over 24 hrs. It wasn't until I posted the horrible response time on twitter that they answered, but only on twitter. Not their ticket system. They requested I PM them with the ticket number to assist me. So I did, and then they never responded to the PM. So their response on twitter was to just post a public response to give the impression to everyone publicly that they cared. They didn't even respond to the PM message they asked me to send. I had to send another ticket on their support system asking the billing department to cancel the service because the tech support WILL NOT EVEN REPLY, MUCH LESS HELP. I have screen captures and timestamps of it all. It's absolutely crazy how little they care about customer support.

They are providing security solutions & their support is world's cheapest support. i suggest don't waste your money and time. 100% useless services.

To have spent over $400 for two blogs was highway robbery. We are not renewing and wish I hadn’t spent the money... because due to several other issues my husbands blog is no longer is and we spent all that $$ for nothing. My husbands and my blog were hosted On same server so Sucurri said I should invest it for both. We didn’t have the cash but had to charge it. I’d love a refund but they don’t return calls, only through tickets. Did they fix the issue with my husbands blog yes but it took months and constantly filling out tickets... grr!

Been using for a while and have been very helpful, our site recently came under attack and it blocked the Russians access wonderfully.
