If I could give zero stars I would. This ‘company’ is a bunch of scammers and supply faulty goods then refuse to take them back and refund. They don’t listen which leads me to believe they don’t understand English. Keep copying and pasting the same message to me when I contact them, which is boring. I won’t let them get away with it though and there will be a small claims court case issued. I think they are selling faulty goods.

Bought some chemicals from you online, which arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. We are new to this so chose a starter pack. From the name we thought that it would include what we need to start up our hot tub. (There is a precedent for this assumption- my starter motor starts my car, for example, it doesn’t nearly start it). The problem is that when you open the pack and read the leaflet inside, you find that you also need an anti-foam agent when first starting your hot tub.
So it isn’t a starter pack is it? It’s an almost-starter pack, a frustratingly-close-to-starter pack. We now have to order (from elsewhere, naturally, just in case you miss out any more vital bits) anti-foam before we can start using our hot tub. Can I suggest you either include this in your pack or change the name to something more accurate- perhaps an “almost there pack” or a “disappointment pack”

We ordeered and paid for 20 grm Chlorine tablets which never arrived. Queried and Suds On line whwere supposed to check delivery.

Ordered non-chlorine shock via Amazon. Product arrived in two padded envelopes, leaking, no childproof tamper seal and Suds Online don’t seal this chemical!!! and only just over half full (250grams short)!!! No apologies from Suds Online and told me to start a returns process. This was needed to solve an issue in my spa and now I have to arrange a return, refund and then re-order. If this was a sealed item this was be safe and wouldn’t have happened

Placed an order with this company. Only received one of the item's of the two I ordered. They don't reply to emails and NEVER pick up their phone!!!

Most dreadful company. I bought a spa from them it was faulty so sent back only for them to accuse me of lying-! I had to pay for item (£700) to be returned to me do I can try fix myself. Never deal with them again. Awful people.

They sent the wrong chemicals & I've sent 3 emails with no response back.
Their phone doesn't work so there's no chance of sorting it out.
Won't buy from them again.

Ordered Chlorine and Anti Foam from these guys, good price and quick delivery.

Incredibly quick delivery. Part of order missing on arrival but contacted through website and received a response and apology within 30 minutes and missing items delivered the next day.

Placed an order, money taken and email received. Then heard nothing, a week an a half later I emailed to ask about my order, my money was refunded but no explanation or apology. Doesn't seem like a business that actually cares about its customers so I won't be purchasing from them again.

Thought it might arrive sooner as I paid extra postage but all in all good service

I ordered my part and it was what i asked for and delivered on time.

Received the wrong size product, supposedly Mica barrier for Russell Hobbs Microwave. Not only wrong size but doesn't appear to be Mica, which I know when I see it.
Also no response to email sent asking for correct size barrier and clarification of whether material equivalent to Mica (i,e, suitable) since it may be possible to cut this to size.
Do NOT want to deal with Suds Online again after this experience

The items arrived extremely quickly, were well packaged and of good quality. Ordering online was easy and quick, and the price was very competitive.

Bought a couple of filters for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. They were exactly as described, a brilliant price, and they arrived a couple of days later. It was a simple ordering process with no messing about. I will definitely be using you again.
