Very Good Experiance

I saw the negative reviews that were posted, however they were advertising a rum that I really wanted... so I sent an email and got an quick response, the manager called me the next day and I stated my concerns.... he said I would receive any bottles that I ordered promptly and that he would check while I was on the phone to make sure the bottles I wanted were in stock. I placed an order for two bottles and 7 days later they were delivered as promised . I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

Terrible experience- AVOID!

Terrible experience. Made an order that was to be delivered in "3 to 5 business days".
One month later, I had not received my order.
Two emails, two phone calls, and one text later, there was no response!
Abysmal non-existent customer service. Had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge.
Avoid them at all costs!

Made things right

Wanted to give an updated experience for the site after seeing negative reviews. I started off with a similar experience to others, where I ordered a bottle that turned out to be out of stock and delayed my shipment. The differencee is that the person I spoke with on the phone did everything possible to make it right. They went out of their way to overnight my order and exchange the item for a bottle that cost $10 more (all at no additional charge, even though I offered to pay the difference). I knew it was a long shot for anyone to even have the original item I ordered (it's seasonal), but the customer support that I received more than made up for the slight delay and inventory error.

I had to dispute the charge with…

I had to dispute the charge with American Express and get my money back. They never sent my order, never sent a tracking number, never replied to emails, never replied to contact form submission through website. The charge on my Amex showed up as David’s Friendly Market. Terrible customer service at best, a scam site at worst.

Did not receive product after almost 30 days

Ordered a box of chocolates to be delivered for a Holiday gift on December 15th. My neighbor also ordered on December 16th. It is now January 10 and neither of us has received our shipments ($34 shipping). We both have called, emailed, and sent texts with no response. Is this company A SCAM?

Misleading shipping information

I placed an order on Friday morning and selected the
2-day FedEx delivery. The website states all orders ship within 24 hours of placing the order. When my order did not arrive on Monday I contacted the company and was told that my order would not ship until that day and that with the 2 day shipping, I would get it Wednesday. I was disappointed because I spent $90 to have it shipped and delivered on Monday. I could have selected FedEx Ground and for $30 and have it delivered on Wednesday.

Beware of this Spirits Seller!

This is a company you need to be careful dealing with for you liquor purchasing. They advertise they have a bottle of a particular spirits. They charge you for it and then when you get your bottle shipped to you and you open it up. It is a lesser value bottle of spirits from the same distiller. Then when you contact them and let them know the the mistake, they treat you like you are trying to get one over on them. After you provide picture proof, then then switch to trying to get you to keep the bottle an they will refund some of you money. When that does not work, they sent a label for the return and take their sweet time in giving you a refund, which takes longer then it really should, given it is there mistake and they tried to cheat you. It is sad when a company tries to pull a bait and switch on you and when you catch them, they try and act like the victim!
