This might be a scam, watch out

I'm a loyal Sugar Bear user. I've been using their products on and off since 2018. There were no problems until my last order. I placed an order on 6th of Feb 2023 and I still did not receive it as of today - despite the fact I placed this order with a 7 day delivery shipping option!
When I check the tracking code they sent, I saw that the products are sent from Turkey, and sent to another address in Turkey! MY ADDRESS IS IN FRANCE.
Normally I could be able to have response from Customer Care in a day or two, but in this case they never replied (so far I sent 3 e-mails and unfortunately they do not have a call center)
I'm used to place order from US website, but now when I try to use US website it automatically redirects to this German website sugarbearvitamincare.de

I'm not sure if that's a scam, but I can say that this products are either fake or they changed the formula. Because now bears are darker blue, and taste is different. I think I lost my 180$ to them. NEVER AGAIN!
