Still waiting for my withdraw for which I had to PAY.
Paying to withdraw MY OWN money, this is funny.
Obviously I won't get what the scammed me of, so I basically get barely half of what I paid without buying anything lol

better than cnfans…

I Like it its cheap better than cnfans which according to many people should be the best but Sugargoo wins no diff it cheaper in pricing and shipping. You can resell if you dont like your profit and make profit and very good QC picture

i dont mean to be rude, but i find most of the reviewers have an iq as low as room temperature—you cant blame an entire company because you didnt buy insurance or that your parcel was lost/damaged/ etc., as that is entirely the shipping companys fault and should be treated as such! consequences of your own actions guys

Everyone who thinks to do wholesale…

Everyone who thinks to do wholesale through them and do a big order never do it , i did around 1 month research on reddit about sugargoo and everything seemed perfect , people were saying they have cheap shipping international and even cheaper then asking agents , so i ordered 5000 $ worth of clothes for my shop here . Its been since 2 month since this nightmare happened and as soon as i ordered they contacted me in whatsapp saying you are a VIP member and we will help you , so as soon as they got all the goods i asked them about the shipping price which it costed around 5k $ which i was hopping way less , i contacted a agent in my country and he told me he will transport 3X faster then Sugargoo estimated time and for 1100 $ . Then they refused my agents to pick up my clothes saying only give us their address and then when i checked they tried to charge me 2k $ to ship only within CHINA . Then i got so tired its been already 2 weeks and my agent asked them to ask Sugargoo to clear costums and i pay 2k $ to ship within China because they will refuse to communicate with other Agents since they dont want you to ship with other guys because they want to overcharge you atleast 4X .
And of course they refuse again .
So i was tired with all of this BS and decided to pay 5k $ directly to sugargoo to ship in my country , and BOOM they refuse to give you a PRO FORMA INVOICE which they claim everywhere in their website in reddit and everywhere that they will provide one , they only gave me a excel saying write whatever you want there which is so fake , so how do you expect me paying for 5k $ clothes and 5k$ transport in EUROPE without a single INVOICE , what am i supposed to say to costums because everyone in their right mind will know costums will ask for the invoice from the company . Of course they keep mentioning that they are only middleman but in the reality is i paid you guys for those clothes i didnt pay anyone else . So please please stay away because they dont give a shit to find you a solution i tried so hard for more then 40 days and i just gave up and lost the 5000 $ which is is sitting in their warehouse.

Find another agent with better service

They used to be very good service last year but now they don't even care anymore. They open the forwarding packages without permission. Completely ruined it for me. Shipping fees are getting expensive. The service isn't great as it used to be. Once the items arrived, the just shove the items inside messily without even properly arranging it and put it back neatly like clothes are wrinkled, not even folded properly. They removed sea freight shipping while other agents have sea freight shipping options. Will stop using this service after I get all my items shipped to me.

Extremely Poor Packaging – 5 Damaged Pairs, No Real Compensation!

Review:
I ordered 12 pairs of sneakers through Sugargoo. Two pairs (BAPE and Supreme x Nike) were packed properly.
But 5 pairs of Nike Shox (white) arrived with visible damage due to poor packaging. The shoes were thrown into the box without individual wrapping.

Worse, unused packing bags were still included in the box, completely untouched — proof that Sugargoo staff never packed the shoes properly.
The outer orange shipping bag was sealed and intact, so it’s clear the damage happened before shipping.

I provided:
• Photos of all damaged shoes
• Video of all 5 pairs
• Unused packing bags
• Full documentation

Sugargoo only offered me 30 yuan (4 USD) as a solution — for 5 damaged sneakers.
This is a total joke and extremely unprofessional. I bought these for resale, and now they’re unsellable.

If Sugargoo does not provide fair compensation, I will continue sharing my experience across other platforms — Reddit, Discord, reselling groups, and more.
🚫 Avoid Sugargoo if you’re a serious buyer or reseller. They do not take responsibility for their own packing mistakes.

Sugargoo Horrible experience

Sugargoo bought batteries, paint, knives
And refused to declare them under their names. Sugargoo wants to falsify the declaration by filling them out under other names. And does not want to take responsibility if there are problems with customs.
The staff refused to connect me with a manager.

I like the site becuase of it's…

I like the site becuase of it's customer service and the items they are both 10/10! But the shipping costs. I buy a normal shoe for it to be 3x more than the shoe? Like if you buy 1 thing weighing 2000-3000g then the shipping cost will be around 60 dollars or more.

Bad delivery

I have ordered a haul around 2 months ago and it has been said that it is in some
factory in Victoria for ages. I have also applied for a refund on the items that were unavailable and that is yet to have been approved. Can you please deliver ASAP.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service actually give them a bonus,i really like the app because if you cant order something because high shipping/taxes etc. it has a decent shipping and you can change the invoice value. Really saved me some cash

Delayed Delivery

Look. Sugargoo is a great platform don't get me wrong & I do recommend it to users but the issue is; is that my package has been stuck since the 5th March 2025 & now it's the 20th March. Of course I've contacted support but all they could do it just urge the logistics - which of course did absolutely nothing in regards to where the package is, or if it's at least being processed by them anytime soon.

I have contacted Royal Mail on my side by sending them phone calls. I have talked to them saying they haven't recieved any package whatsoever & it's still waiting for it to be recieved by them according to them. I don't know what the hell is going on with my package, whether it's stolen/lost, or just the logistics being lazy with processing it, I do not know. I'm more than happy to pay extra & submit a 5 star review just to at least recieve my package, I've waited long enough & I just want it to be over with.

Obviously it's not really sugargoos fault here, and their platform is fine. It's just the logistics sometimes may do some errors on their side. If anyone higher up could help me, that would be amazing! Once again, if I need to do anything, I'm more than happy to do so.
