Hi Rowan, I am really sorry you had to pay extra customs fees when the order was delivered.
This is an issue that we are currently looking into to try and work out the best solution for customers which shows an accurate cost of how much these fees will be per each specific order as each country charges differently.
We are also looking into the option for customers to be able to pay customs fees at checkout rather than when the order is delivered.
