Great Customer Service Went to Cheshire Oaks Suits

Went to Cheshire Oaks Suits
Direct today to have a look at a suit for races. Was really really impressed by Amber Lea, she couldn’t be more helpful and professional. She made my experience a really good one and I ended up coming out with my whole outfit due to her expertise.
Definitely return here and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic online shopping experience

Excellent online shopping experience, bought some superb quality Ted Baker items at a greatly reduced amount (Waistcoat redudeced from £100 to £10 and a woolen coat reduced from £350 to £79) free shipping, they arrived promptly, bought a larger identical coat just in case the slim fit was too small, sent the larger item back using the freepost sticker that came included, dropped it off at a Yodel collection point, within a week the item was refunded.
If you like quality and would rather not pay full price, I highly recommend Suit Direct,will definitely use them again

Leo at the Metrocentre - awesome

Leo at the Metrocentre branch was brilliant. He was really patient and not pushy in any way whilst helping my son choose a suit and accessories for his prom. Needless to say, my son is delighted with his suit and will feel confident as well as look amazing when he goes to his prom. What could have been quite a stressful experience (with a teenage boy not overly keen to try things on etc) became a nice afternoon with laughs and perfect customer service and advice along the way. Thanks Leo!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, poorly made products falling apart at the seams on arrival, no interest whatsoever in resolving these issues, never again. If you want reliable workwear just stick with M&S.

Wayne was the salesman who dealt with…

Wayne was the salesman who dealt with us. I cannot fault him. He was very most polite, not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. The suits/shirts that were purchased are excellent quality at a very reasonable price. He guided us on choice and was very agreeable on the choices made - what a very enjoyable experience it was - well done Wayne!

Really great customer service l

Really great customer service that was very responsive to my needs. I needed a new suit for a business conference and they walked me through exactly what I needed. The suit they suggested was comfortable and breathable whilst remaining stylish. The person who helped me, Ruchi, at Thier Kingston store was especially helpful she made the process so much easier.

Avoid Meadowhall!!

I purchased four suits from the Meadowhall store, at a cost of over £1,000 to get home and realise that the linings of the suits didn’t match and we had been given old and new versions of the suits. The suits were for a wedding so needed to match.

We returned to the store after being told the previous day that they had put everything we needed on hold for us to find that they’d sold one of the waistcoats we needed, when we questioned the sales advisor, we were told “well you’ll have to order it online” in a very rude and disappointing manner. There was no apology for the fact they’d given us the wrong suits in the first place and no apology for selling something they’d put on hold for us.

We then visited the Junction 32 store to see if they had a waistcoat in the size we needed, they didn’t but the Sales Advisor was far more helpful, she ordered what we needed and got it delivered to our home address the next day.

Absolutely avoid Meadowhall and go to Junction 32 if you have to buy from this Company.

I have raised a complaint about the Meadowhall Store, with the customer service department. They have twice passed this to the Area Manager, who hasn’t bothered to contact me at all regarding this which proves that they aren’t bothered about the Customer experience at all.

Superb Service

Was served by Liam at york outlet for a made to measure suit for my wedding, he was really helpful. When my suit arrived the York store has unfortunately shut so Liam met me at the Castleford store on his day off to make sure everything was as it should be. The suit is superb and service i receved from Liam was above and beyond. I will definately be back.

Fashionable suit bought by a very satisfied OAP.

On an off chance went to Suits Direct in Kingston. They could not be more helpful for a 68 year old who wanted to look fashionable again without looking stupid. The manager was so helpful and spent ages with me discussing and suggesting options. I went away with a perfectly fitting suit that looked extremely smart and modern. His careful advice meant I spent twice what I intended too but came away delighted and he had also done good business. Great experience to have old fashioned unpressurised advice in this age. Well done.

Only partial refund

Had to return a suite which was smaller than labelled and still did not receive a full refund. They do not refund the cost of shipping. Disgusting.

Suits Directly awful…we are not tailored to serve you.

Went to the Suits Direct shop in Birmingham, a planned appointment thinking I would get a tailored service for myself and my best man for my upcoming wedding. Obviously my expectation was far too high.

i started to get measured in the middle of the shop with no real discussion at all about what I wanted, style etc and then given items to start trying on, again in the middle of the shop. I pointed out a suit I liked, then finally shown to a dressing room and was assisted with some sizing but given different suit types of same colour and material to try. I wanted a matching suit not a miss match. Later we found out after our purchase, the miss match was between higher cost items and budget but they were the same material and the different lining made it more expensive. So we had two suits which had the expensive jackets and waistcoats but with the budget trousers. Why did they not advise this from the outset so we understood to avoid feelings of miss match.

After some wait, my best man finally found a vacant dressing room to try his suits on also. For a planned appointment, I would have thought the dressing rooms would be available for our scheduled timing, but alas no and everything seemed too much trouble, in fact a total shambles and I found both my wife to be and sister in law far more help than the lady trying to help us.

When we came to pay, nothing added up and the same matching suit cost different prices. None of the labels matched the prices and it was a free for all on what they charged through the till.

We both paid and left, then outside the shop tried to work out how and why we were charged different prices for the same suits. We went back in to query with the manger who admitted we had been charged wrong and wanted to put everything though again and was going to try and charge me even more. To add insult to injury, it was going to take some time so he started to serve other customers while we waited. We said forget it and left, leaving the shop very upset.

Within 30 mins of purchasing the 2 suits and waistcoats for my groomsmen, we reflected on our experience and went back for a full refund.

If you want a service which is not a personal one at all please use Suits Direct. However if you are looking for the tailored personal service, go to Next, Moss brothers or other proper tailored shops which provide this as this is outside of their scope.

Overall very disappointed and what was supposed to be a special day was ruined by the total lack of customer service.

Next are now supplying my suits for my upcoming wedding.

Don't Trust , Be aware Before you Buy

I bought a suite and Paid for Next day delivery, because of an Urgent. They did not delivered on time and , delivered 2 days later. I did not even open the box and sent it back for Refund, deducted £5 from my initial Payment. in summary I paid for £5, for their Fault.

Very happy with online order

I saw a suit I liked in shop, but didn't buy it right away. Of course, it sold by the time I went back - but they had it online, on sale.
I ordered it, it came in three days, it's just as I had hoped it will be. Fits perfectly, great quality, and at a very good price - less than half what I was going to pay in the store.

Top service by Swindon outlet assistant

So a family member purchased a 3 piece suit for me. I left it a week before the wedding to try them on. Guess what it didn’t fit me. I later realised it was because it was slim fit. However, 3 weeks later called Swindon store and spoken to a young man who eventually found the sizes I wanted and put them aside. I then visited the store and did a simple exchange. The young man was very helpful and provided great service. So well done Swindon outlet store
