Excellent, tracked delivery through Royal Mail and was delivered quickly. Good communications so I could track my parcel. Looks like they have worked out all the old delivery issues, delighted to see!

Brilliant service , always arrives quickly and stocks fairtrade and plastic free black tea. Infusions are great too.

We love Suki tea. Been drinking it ever since visiting Belfast in 2019. Great product and friendly service. If you drink loose leaf tea you will know these things cannot be rushed, so do not judge Suki on delivery like some other reviews have done, judge on taste

I first discovered Suki Tea in a cafe in Aviemore. I had Apple Loves Mint and it was delicious. It was also beautiful. They had all of the teas displayed in glass jars on the counter, and you could see all of the rose buds, mint leaves and everything else in it. I loved it so much I made a point of finding out what it was, and buying it as soon as I got home. I've continued to buy various teas, and this Xmas enjoyed the Partridge In A Pear Tree blend, as well as Pink Grapefruit, Rooibos Creme Brulee and Indian Spiced Chai.

Last weekend I was back in Aviemore and stopped into my favourite cafe to have some more Apple Loves Mint. Maybe it's the different water, but it always tastes even better there. I've also bought the green teapot to enjoy it in. The delivery is always fast. I really like the natural look of the teas.

Looking at these reviews after I purchased I instantly regretted ordering… even tried to cancel my order, luckily I couldn’t. Sent an email asking when my item would be posted, had a reply within the hour telling me my order was being dispatched and would be with me in a few days with Royal Mail. Bonus. And it was!! Absolutely spot on, the teapot I ordered is just perfect!! Beautiful colour! Haven’t tried the tea yet but I’m sure it will be lovely. All recyclable packaging. Couldn’t ask for a better service/company. Thankyou SUKI.

I originally received a tea set as a gift and then made an order for myself after for some extra mugs. Delivery time was good and enjoying the tea. People complain about the customer service but I had no issues to make a comment as not needed to complain. Received emails to confirm order, delivery etc and that's all you need

Ordered a black Earl Grey tea at Ground Cafe Lisburn .A rather harsh acrid taste .Followed by very sore tummy and nausea within 4 hours .Never again .

Ordered many times but time take to deliver is unreasonable in this day and age.

The tea is too notch and to be fair it's one of and if not the very best tea around.

I tend just to buy on Amazon as it's so much quicker but you can only get a few of the types there.

I think there should either be more delivery options or release a fuller range on Amazon.

Bottom line amazing tea but rubbish delivery speed.

The tea on offer is absolutely amazing the best around and price wise it's not all to bad either but unfortunately the delivery time is 0 its horrible having to wait and always having to contact the company about my order and for that reason is my rating above its so frustrating 7 days having to wait it needs looking into if I found another tea company that sells the tea leaf I would consider it it definitely would have to be better service though.

Shocking. Shocking. Shocking. Order didn't show and completely uncontactable. Don't provide tracking info either. Stay clear.

Bad service. The tea us fab but if you get a problem there not interested. They don't reply to emails and there phone numbers not recognised

Just found my new favourite breakfast tea! Ordered the Belfast Brew and now just re-ordered the big bag. Spot on!

I have only purchased twice from Suki tea once in 2020. My order was lost and two emails not answered. Finally a phone-call later the issue sorted and my tea arrived 5-7 days post the phone call. At least 1 month later than the original order. I placed a second order 27/11/21. Confirmed as being processed on 29/11/22. Nothing arrived by the 10/12/21 so I emailed them, to be fair this time they did respond within 24 hours, informing me to wait up to 14 working days for delivery. As Christmas came and covid related staff delays I left it will a while and then forgot about. But by the 7/2/22 I had still not received my tea order. I emailed again requesting a full refund. As they did on the 10/12/21 they replied within 24 hr and agreed to refund me. Even though my second interaction with customer services has improved I still find serious issues with this company and how it operates I would never recommend this company to anyone. The tea is very good and the company does have an extensive range but the delivery service is horrendous!

Really bad customer service. Sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and then ask me to return at my own expense

Great Tea. But customer service for subscription has gone right down the toilet, completely will not respond to Email or phone, been trying for 2 weeks.

Suki Tea are one of my favourite tea companies that I continue to go back to time and time again. Their range of teas is incredible and I love going to their stall at St. George's Market to get a real tea experience. When ordering from their website, the delivery can be quite slow (even for a Belfast based customer) and this would happen before the pandemic hit too, so I wouldn't recommend for anything last minute, but if you have a few weeks to get a gift together, they're great!

Absolutely love their teas, such an amazing range of various teas and the tea of the month is always cheaper meaning even if I’ve not been sure about it, I feel better about trying it for a special price, I’m usually not disappointed either! ☺️ Love the biodegradable and recyclable packaging that they’ve changed to recently. I ordered the stump teapot set, measuring spoon and 3 teas with it and really love it, the whole set brightens up my teatime! Delivery was a little slower than normal but I’m guessing Brexit hasn’t helped. Otherwise, very happy with both products and service!

I've bought suki tea locally for years. Decided to treat myself to subscription. Paid the monthly fee, order shipped on 11 January and then nothing. It never arrived. Have emailed and got no response. Have messaged them on fb, and they're reading the messages and not responding. Truly awful customer service. Clearly they're happy to keep my money and just ignore my concerns. Would 100% not recommend to anyone.
Left comments on their fb page, they now seem to of blocked me. Surely it would of just been easier to respond when I notified them the item was missing?

Ordered from Suki a couple of times directly as I'd bought their teas from other suppliers and always found them to be very good.

The first order was notably slow, and took two weeks to arrive. I don't live in the middle of nowhere - it just seems that the courier Suki have chosen (Whistl) is exceptionally slow.

The second order was to be a Christmas present. Ordering ten days in advance, I thought I might have left enough time for it to be delivered - especially as Suki were advertising that my order should be delivered to the UK before Christmas. However, I write this review over a month after the order and the teas have not arrived.

I can't recommend Suki any longer until their delivery service is improved.

Superb tea.

Have placed several orders since lockdown (my usual outlet in St George’s Market in Belfast not open) and two arrived in good time.

Have placed an order for delivery to Australia (fingers crossed)
