Did not expect this to be so great but truly is! You might have to adjust your back around until the position feels right but then once it does it’s very easy to sink into and feel the stress and tension release. I also use it each night before bed to help sleep and this means I am a lot less stressed and more clear headed in the day. Very glad I took a chance and bought it!

100% recommended, does what it says.
Had this matt and neck roll a few weeks now and from the first try, it's been wonderful. The timings on the website for how long it takes the pain to go, when your back heats up ect, it's all spot on. The pain doesn't bother me. It's only a few seconds when you lie on and get off and it's just sharp scratchy feeling to me. I have sciatica in my left arm and leg! And it really does help with the pain, even headaches, you just feel it disappear. Around 5-10 mins I feel my back and neck heat up, I am usually close to falling asleep. Stick some meditation music on and it's 20 mins of zen time a day!! 100% recommended

Wish I had done my research... you can get this off amazon for a fraction of the price. I purchased direct and saw a money back guarantee... sounds OK doesn't it?!... until you realise it was shipped from China and return postage isn't covered! So to return it would likely cost the same as purchasing it so whats the point in returning it?!
