They're here to rip you off. They will say your package js stuck at customs, and then string you along. They forged paperwork to say it was delivered.
Don't. Just dont.

I'd leave them a zero but can't the first sofa couch I purchased was left in a wearhouse in La somewhere so they supposedly expidited a second one now there telling me that there lagisistis people have lost the couch oh by the way they use global express Everytime I inquire they say we're working on it now after being told that it was delivered and signed for awww nope now there telling me their lagisistis lost it

Ordered and paid for furniture in March that was allegedly shipped, then rejected at customs, re-shipped and allegedly delivered, with nil evidence and no delivery attempted, so then shipped a third time, and in (almost) September, there's still no delivery. They are nothing other than SCAM, FRAUD & BOGUS!

SCAM!!!!!! Zero rating. I ordered a bunkbed from Sukuny through FB, looked it up online, I should have read reviews now that I see them. I emailed them many times, the one response I got was stating the bunkbed was being held at customs. Emailed again and again nothing. No bunkbed has showed up here.
I made the payment May 26,2023. Today is August 19, 2023 I emailed asking for a refund, just recieved an email back saying 1-3 business days.
Ya right I cannot believe these people. How do they continue on like this boogles my mind. Why are they not shut down yet.

Scam furniture never shows up and they falsified my signature on a fake delivery receipt.

Everything. Waiting and waiting on ordered that was ordered and paid for in early Jan 2023. After 5 months they tried to say the ored was delivered and signed for by customer. Provide forged documents along with forged signature. When challenged the said local delivery person signed for and misplaced the goods. Asked for money back they wanted to charge over 50 percent as delivery charge even though no delivery occurred. Asked for them to change their transport company and deliver the goods, they kept saying trying to organise delivery. This has been going on for over 3 months. Sent them a request on update over a week ago this month Aug 2023 and have received no correspondence.

I should have checked first bought bunk beds never delivered bloody scammers .How to get money back will be difficult.

This place is a complete scam, waiting since before Christmas for a couch, the evan tried to show me a fake signature from delivered product, to say my neighbour has it! My couch is apparently in the letter box🤪🤪very untrustworthy

I wish I would have checked out the company before ordering. I ordered bunk beds in May and it's now August. First it didn't clear customs so they said that they would send it again. Shipping update shows it was delivered but there was no package. I contacted them again and they said it was at the local post office. Which it isn't

If I could rate zero, I would. Exactly the same happened to me. Told it didn't clear customs, they would send it out again. Then claimed that it was received and signed for. I said no, they said maybe a family member or neighbour signed it. I live by myself in a block of apartments where all large orders are signed and received by the connoisseur. Either side of me is a hotel and a large business office. Absolutely disgusted.

I guess i should have known it was too good to be true. Shame on me. At the least, it was under $100. I demanded a refund twice. Now i get an email saying they did nothing wrong, i must be mistaken.
After that, no communication what so ever. My payment record is missing. BBB needs to be told. Sukuny you SUK!!!!

On May 23rd, I ordered for a sofà. They gave me a fake shipment tracking number. Since then nothing arrived, they answered my email twice. Now shipment status says wrong happened in custom. All are fraudulent activities. Soon after I browzed for customer's feedback, it opened my eyes when I read hundreds of customers stories of being victimized by Sukuny. Please before buying anything online, do research on the sellers. Or lose money and possibilities of bank account hacking.

Total SCAM!!!!. They never delivered my couch I ordered in February...they claimed they sent it..i asked for a receipt and they faked my signature claiming it was delivered.

SCAM! Do not trust. Never received item after payment they provide fake email chain for shipment.

Scam!!!! As soon as you bought one, the bank blocked your card which is great that the bank did their job identifying scammers. My question is why Facebook didn’t recognised scammer and leave their advertisements there so they can scan more people???

DONT BUY FROM SUKUNY. TOTAL SCAM!!!!. will never deliver whatever item you ordered and will even fake your signature claiming it was delivered. Gives fake shipping status from an unknown global delivery service.

SCAM!!!!! It hurts me to see so many innocent people like me that being tricked. I wish I had done better research before I paid. I bought a bunk bed for 99USD which I know it’s too good to be true but I thought they say they are on clearance so give it a shot. They told me the chstom failed and I knew immediately it’s a scam. I’m surprised that Facebook endorse such fake ad, I want Facebook to be responsible for my loss, anyone else? I bought it merely because I trust Facebook and didn’t think they’d allow fake ads!
