The studio flats are very comfortable places to live, and Brookland Road's location is also very convenient, as the UoL campus is just a short walk away. The staff on-site are very friendly and helpful if any issues arise during your stay.

Emma was a very friendly and helpful property manager, who showed up out of hours to help us out if needed. She even provided us some of her own resources to help sort out any problems we were facing and the time response was quite fast and informative. Wonderful student house that was well maintained!

Ruta was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my virtual house viewing as I’m a prospective international student. She explained in details during my viewing, and was prompt in responding all my queries. Thank you very much.

I have been involved in the private rental sector in Leicester for over twenty-five years and have utilised SULETS’s service since its inception in 2009. They have always worked very meticulously and provide a cost-effective quality service for landlords. I have always been impressed with their fair and transparent service to all students, as there are no agency, registration/ reservation fees to pay. A very recent example of their professionalism is Ruta’s dedication to securing a lease for one of my properties on the DMU side of town. She was extremely helpful and dedicated, with her key skills being communication and closing. Ruta has the ability to put everyone at ease, whilst remaining focused on the objective for both landlord and student. Over the years the SULETS team has always delivered with their first-class customer service and are problem solvers, should the need arise. Their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none and I have always found them easy to work with and willing to take the time to discuss my concerns.

Really loved the property by Sulets and the process of booking and onboarding was smooth as butter. Special shout out and thanks to Mr. Joshua for being there in every query we had. Prompt resolution were made to rectify any issues we had but all minor.
