Sullivan Uniform started in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, and has grown over the years to be a national distributor of quality work apparel. Shipping from five different warehouse strategically places across the United States to provide fast delivery to our customers. Our call center is based in San Bruno, California, and is the base of our operation. We are known as: "America's Small Business Outfitter." Our business has always been based on two important fundamentals: The first is simply quality work clothing, which is why we sell only brands such as Carhartt, Dickies, and Red Kap, and the second is again simply exceptional customer service where you can actually speak to a live person within minutes and should problems arise, they are handled on the spot.

We like the product and their customer…

We like the product and their customer service. The only thing that needs improvement is the product stitching. When we order something that needs embroidery, it takes 10-14 days! Maybe Sullivan could hire some more stitchers.

Victoria went out of her way to help me…

Victoria went out of her way to help me with an order that I wasn't happy with. It wasn't Sullivan's fault, it was the company that made the item I chose. But Victoria went out of her way to help me with it. Communication is friendly and helpful and you definitely get better service from Sullivan than you do those giant monster companies that everyone supposedly likes but that don't do much for the customer. Thank you Sullivan. I will recommend you to my coworkers!

Jacket is marked LRG but more like XL

Jacket is marked LRG but more like XL! washed once and the buttoncame off this is not like my last Red Kap jacket it was made in the U.S.A!! this ones from indonesia.So I guess its (red krap now???). All the buttons on it I will probably have to resew

Hope you are doing well. Please accept our apologies. This is your second complaint on the same purchase. We already had customer service reach out to you already to either get you a replacement or issue you a complete refund. We are not sure what else you would like us to do to satisfy you.

For the record, Red Kap is NOT MADE in Indonesia, China or Asia. Both Red Kap and Dickies use USA made fabric which is assembled in countries such as Mexico or Honduras, and then brought back into the USA for sale. Most US work clothing companies have been doing this for at least the last 25 years. Even Carhartt is mostly produced outside the US today. Fabrics have changed over the years, some better some worse. However, buttons and zippers should not fall off or stop working. Regrettable there is not a lot of US made work clothing any more. There is still some work clothing made here in the US and we did direct you to another supplier that does carry USA made garments.

like the look and cut of the product

like the look and cut of the product. unfortunately, your large size is more like a mini to small for me. even a super skinny employee found it impossible to squeeze into the crawl suits. your sizing is wayyyyyyyyy off on this item. (I can't be bothered going thru the hassle of returning this small an order. will just give them away )

Please accept our apologies that you are not happy with your purchase. The CT10-CH-36-R coverall is the second smallest size that Red Kap manufacturer. You basically ordered an Xtra-Small. Just to be clear, your CHEST is less that 36”? If you ordered your waist size by mistake that would explain why they do not fit. All our products do have a 60 day return policy. Job well Done

Ordered my Lab Coats on a Tuesday, was told that they would be ready in about 15 days, because of names being put on, was alright with that but I received them in about 7 days. Was very pleased with the order, will be using them again, and I highly recommend SullivanUniforms.com to everybody.
