I've never had to send anything back to Sullivan's. I think Red Kap is the best work clothes in the business...worn them all, nothing holds up like Red Kap.

Ordering uniform items from the website …
Ordering uniform items from the website is no issue, items arrive in a timely manner. However when requesting a uniform set for a new employee by email it has been taking 45-60 days to receive.There is not any tracking info provided when ordering by email so you never know when to expect the items. I have uniform items that require our company patch and my boss is having real issues with how long it takes just to add a patch. Uniform quality is awesome and the employees love it but the wait time is the issue.

Please accept our apologies. Our website team does not accept email orders. However, I did a little research, I believe you are AKIMA. Assuming I’m correct, you were dealing with our B2B division and your email was sent to your dedicated account manager, who said your email wound up in his spam folder. Basically he dropped the ball, big time. According to the notes it was not until your phone call a week or two ago that allowed him to find that email order and get it processed. What is interesting is that this very order was discussed by our audit department today, because the expedited processing of the order. I’m sure the account manager was trying to get it to you as fast as possible after he realized his mistake. Again, we do apologize again for the inconvenience. thank you, Kevin

I just purchased the outfit.
I just purchased the outfit, so it is too soon to evaluate it properly. I used my previous outfit for 20 years, so I knew how it performed. The outfit fits well and it is warm. As far as quality and endurance are concerned, I cannot say at this point in time.

You probably thought that I would never respond, but I thought that to give a real review, I had to wear your shirts for a while to see how they would hold up. And hold up, they have, ever since buying them seven months ago.
I am very pleased with the shirts. They have stood up to wear and tear very well. I ordered four shirts and rotate through them each week. They have been comfortable and breathable as I have worn them for work around the house, framing, dry-walling and painting my basement, putting in the yard, chopping and splitting wood, and on and on.
