I’ve been using these lashes for over a year now, they are the best lashes ever. Mine last for a good 10-12 days.

The glue itself is so fab!! It's easy to apply and more easy to put the lashes on. Before it takes time for me to do my lashes with other glue but with sultry lash glue it's easy peasy. Great product! Superb! One of my purchases I never regretted buying. More power Sultry Lash Bar

This seller is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I received a damaged delivery and immediately contacted the seller to report it. I even sent photos to show that the products arrived broken in Germany.

Despite this, Kelly (the seller) refused to provide a refund or a replacement, even though I am fully entitled to one. The seller completely failed to fulfill their legal obligations.

The quality of the lashes is extremely poor. It is impossible to remove them from the packaging without damaging them, even when using a professional eyelash tweezer. The seller even falsely accused me of using a “simple tweezer” instead of a professional one, which is absurd. I provided evidence that I was using a proper professional tool commonly used in studios in Germany.

On top of that, I had to pay €30 customs fees upon collection, which was a complete shock as no information about this was given at the time of purchase.

In the end, I paid about €100 for three sets of lashes, which arrived damaged and unusable. The seller received my money but refused to provide any replacement or refund, despite clear evidence of the damage. I have photos proving the lashes were broken.

I am now forced to involve my lawyer to assert my rights. This entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise other customers not to order from this seller.

To all customers reading my review, I want to share my honest experience so you can make an informed decision.

I was extremely disappointed with both the condition of my order and the way the seller handled the situation. The photos of the lashes clearly show visible signs of transit damage—bent, misshapen, and unusable lashes inside the packaging. This is something you can easily see with the naked eye.

What concerns me even more is that the seller now claims there were “no signs of damage” and that the matter was “resolved privately.” From my perspective, neither of these statements reflects what actually happened. At no point was this issue resolved, and my concerns about the damaged items were never addressed in a cooperative or constructive way.

Instead of acknowledging the condition of the product, the seller focused on customs fees—which are not even the main issue here. The real problem remains the damaged delivery and the lack of support afterward. I did not receive a replacement, a refund, or any meaningful assistance. Communication simply stopped.

Because of this experience, I will be sharing the photos on Trustpilot so that other customers can see the condition of the products I received and judge for themselves.

To everyone reading this: please be careful when considering an order from this seller. I would never want anyone else to go through the same frustrating and costly experience I had. Protect your money, protect your orders, and make sure you choose sellers who stand behind their products and offer real customer support.

This has been the first time in my life that a seller refused to help after a clearly damaged delivery, and I genuinely hope no one else has to deal with something like this. If you are willing to risk receiving damaged items without proper support, then you may order from this seller—but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

I love these lashes. They’re my absolute favourite, using them for well over a year and a half now I literally buy a new tray every month of the SL01 as they look exactly like Lash extensions, they’re so easy to apply and the delivery is always very quick.

I’ve tried a few different brands for lashes but have come back to sultry lash! They are so well priced and easy to apply. I can do these in about 10 minutes and keep them on for 1-2 weeks. I get watery eyes but these are so comfortable to wear and stay lovely even if they’ve got wet. Absolutely love this small business and they gave me a freebie which is so kind as you won’t catch big brands doing the same!

The BEST bond I have ever used!! I tried another brands clusters and bond I just couldn’t get on with the lashes atall. Then my algorithm showed me sultry lashes and I gave them a try and I’m in love. Best bond, stunning lashes designs. Also love the socials they are so helpful for lash tips and application support especially for beginners if needed. Won’t be shopping anywhere else for lashes now 😍

Great lashes and quik delivery.

I’ve used different styles of the individual lashes with the bond and seal, and remover, couldn’t recommend them enough! Look amazing for 7 days (even when I gave birth in between 🤣) and have never damaged my natural lashes when using the remover!

I recently tried this product and was genuinely impressed. The lashes felt lightweight and natural, yet gave dramatic volume. The application took 10 mins the first time but became easier after a few tries.

The bond and seal glue last around 7 days without lifting. Would highly recommend

First time buyer from this company and this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I recently stocked up, only to be furious when I opened the boxes — the lashes were completely different from the ones I’ve been purchasing all along.

When I contacted customer service, they did not cooperate or take any accountability for their mistake. NOWHERE in their policy or product descriptions does it say customers should expect noticeable differences. This is misleading, dishonest, and flat-out false advertising. I paid for a specific product and got something entirely different.

The lack of accountability and unprofessionalism from this company is beyond frustrating. I’m extremely disappointed, will never purchase from SultryLashBar again, and strongly warn others to avoid wasting their money here!!!!
