No answer at all.
Sadly Feels like that they just want to reach out the 14 days you have in the European Union to send back items.
It was a great shipment and nothing was really wrong except I was missing a couple of things since it was a bulk order but the customer service was very quick to send me my missing items and were very helpful. Also a very fair price
