It was a pleasure to deal with your organisation. In particular Gilbert, was extremely, prompt, polite and attentive to detail.

I use multiple exchanges with multiple wallets and dabble in altcoins here and there, so by tax time it's nearly impossible to see where all my crypto transactions occurred. Cryptotax made it a whole lot easier to trace my transactions. It's not just a one button press and all is worked out. You still have to do some checking, but overall, I think it's worth having.

After connecting my wallets and CSVs where required and then tidying up some categories (great online help) and then sorting out other stuff highlighted as missing I was able to give my accountant a complete report that they accepted without question.

The communication was excellent, Karl from the customer service team was excellent in understanding my issue and followed all the way through.

Outstanding and easy. I was 3 years behind on my tax with significant crypto profits. I used an accountant and he found the tax reports very helpful and it saved me money with him. Now the complicated stuff is done I am going to submit my own tax return online using the generated tax report. So no accountant to pay for. This is easily worth the cost of the app. I use the app via my account at Independent Reserve which is embedded into their system. So no work involved, just chose the tax year and click. I really recommend this. I used to get so stressed over tax, now I do this sitting up in bed over a coffee.

I've tried 5+ different crypto tax software solutions and CTC does the best at handling complex DeFi transactions or new L1/L2 blockchains that others struggle with. And when I get stuck, support is very responsive and capable... and then when the product is missing a new crypto transaction or chain, they tend to add new features promptly. That's critical since the tech changes so much so quickly.

I was battling with a negative balance issue that just wouldn't yield to the usual fixes. Gilbert responded to my support request within 2 hours and gave me the exact answer I needed. I was sorted within a few minutes. You're never left in the lurch with Crypto Tax Calculator support - they're great!

Favorite thing about this software is I only have to engage with it once a year. Come tax season, I log in, sync my addresses, manually handle a few transactions that the software has flagged as possibly miscategorized, then save the PDFs the software spits out. Easy peasy.

(Note that I don't do complex DeFi stuff: just vesting tokens, buying & selling, a bit of staking.)

I had an integration issue with connecting up one of my crypto exchanges and Shoota the tech support picked up my call fast and got onto investigating this for me. We tried a few things and their DEV support also got involved and finally resolved my problem and it all got sorted out. I was very happy with the prompt friendly follow up and the trouble-shooting process. The support they provided was exceptional.

I have been using this platform for a few years, Great UI, very customisable with multiple reports options, depending on what you need make it the leader in Tax calculations. Customer service is also quick to respond and help with bug report or account issues. Gilbert recently helped me and got the problem sorted very quickly.

Although it took a number of emails to get things sorted, the team and Arjay were able to provide a solution, so thankyou.

Not only does the government feel entitled to take YOUR money from you, they also manage to make it your responsibility to do it in their exact specification, lest even more money is owed to them...

CTC is the hero that will save you from making tax mistakes and help you wade through the rules swamp.
It excels in transactions consolidation, but it can do more than just tax management.
The interface and API sync are so good they're also an effective portfolio management tool.
