Being new to crypto tax calculator, I have had some issues navigate the software. Support has been so helpful and the software is amazing!

Had a question about cancelling and re-starting a subscription in the future, which was very well explained by Gilbert. I have used the product for a couple of years and it is well supported.

The company replied very quickly and Gilbert answered my concerns, although whilst I understand the reasons why certain operations need a manual input, I still believe Crypto Tax Calculator needs to improve areas where automatic calculations would remove the need for manual input. The information is available to do this, yet the company claim they do not have the resources or time to address these areas. That is why I have given 4 stars.

I have been waiting for hours to communicate with a human and still waiting NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE THEYLIKE TAKEING YOUR MONEY BUT THEN THEY LEVE YOU WITH NO RESPONSE

I have crypto in different places and some of it is staked, so it would have been a slog to put together my tax return. CTC was the solution for me. It automatically creates a full report for my tax jurisdiction - amazingly quick and easy to use. It certainly pays for itself with your first return. Highly recommended.

Really like this product. Tried Koinly, CoinStats and Cointracker for both crypto portfolio and tax. Found CTC the best by far, had no issues with API integration to my wallets and exchanges and had it all setup in 10 mins. It also got all my dex transactions correct, which Koinly did not...bloody nightmare. CTC was also the only product that correctly calculated the average cost for each coin type.

Recently there was an issue with the Swyftx API (on the Swyftx side) and CTC responded quickly and checked things there end. They also lodged a fault with Swyftx and put up an advisement in their portal that Swyftx had an issue with their API. On that note, Swyftx were very good with their support as well.

I'm yet to do my tax but so far I'm confident this product will deliver.

I had a positive experience with CTC. I was having issues importing the transactions from my crypto wallet and Hector helped me out.

Great UI and received technical and specific knowledge from Karl when I needed some customer support.

Excellent user friendly platform to work for those who trade crypto currencies in multiple exchanges. Great tool to use during tax time to compute the capital gains/losses along with a portfolio tracking dashboard. Supports many reputable exchanges worldwide wide.

Crypto Tax Calculator has been a great application to manage the variety of crypto related transcations seemlessly. This is very plug and play type of applications supported by AI categrozing the transactions, and most importanly the transcations that are too complicated to be cateorized by default are helped by the wonderful staff. I am throughly blessed to work with Vivi from support staff from last 2 years and she is beyond amazing I cannot recommend her more than enough, she is great and she is what and others make Crypto Tax Calculator application really great!! Support is readily available within the web app and has been exceptional at jumping on top of multiple things I was trying to understand and getting back to me with clear, concise solutions in a very timely manner. While the issue I had with CTC not updating reports from the data set was slow to fix and caused setbacks with client work, my case support worker, Chris, was fabulous. We worked through many areas to determine what the error was and then it was up to the programming team to remedy the situation. After using CTC for the past 3 odd years, this is the first system issue I have had. As an overall, this product is easy to use, and the team is always quick to assist with queries.

Crypto tax calculator is a must for crypto traders. It literally does everything for you and makes life so much easier. I highly recommend!

I've been using their site for 4 years now and am happy with the service. They had L2s before all the others, and they had a solution for per wallet and exchange ready pretty fast. I had some difficulty switching over from universal wallet accounting to per wallet and exchange accounting, and was glad that the support team was able to help me sort out all of the issues. Shout out to Arjay and especially Vivi for all their help!
