Booked holidays in December2024/January2025 then got ill in Turkey. Been taken to the hospital etc. Holidays were totally ruined!
When back home, wanted to make a claim with my travel insurance in UK and obviously they require all the documentation, invoices etc.
Tried contacting summertour since January 2025 and been totally ignored. Couldn’t make a claim because of that, no proof/invoices.
