I would strongly advise against using Summit as a cleaning service. They were contracted by our Property Manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The quality of work is below standard. Tasks are often left incomplete, communication is slow, and the excuses never end. It’s clear the service is poorly managed from top to bottom.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the same goes for our Property Manager. Their execution is weak, follow-up is practically nonexistent, communication is poor, and there seems to be constant staff turnover. It’s honestly a mystery how either of these companies are still operating.

Excellent service provided by Summit Estates team at Jacobs Island. Their gardening team have been brilliant over last 18 months.
Everyone including our residents are extremely happy and appreciative of how beautiful the garden is looking.

Their team is extremely professional, punctual and very easy to work with.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Summit Estates for cleaning or gardening services. They are reliable, competitively priced and deliver an excellent standard of work every time.

Summit Estates always do a fantastic job - easy to communicate with, detail orientated and creative in their ideas. The teams on site are presentable, polite and hardworking. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

From our initial contact with Luke Williams to the exceptional support from all the contract managers and site team, the experience has been fantastic. The gardens have shaped up beautifully, and we are so pleased with how everything has turned out. We look forward to seeing the same level of excellence at the other sites. Highly recommend!

We have a large estate in Surrey which Luke and his team have completely brought back to life. They were awarded the annual contract 18 months ago and the state was not in a great condition at handover, but Summit never complained and got on with the task at hand with a smile on their faces.
The Development is in a much better position now and this is due to Summit's hard work and attention.

Luke and his team always offer an exceptional service, nothing is too much of an ask.
Their knowledge of managing woodland areas, water courses and general ecological concerns is invaluable. Incredibly handy that they also carry out general maintenance and pressure washing/cleaning services.

I have used Summit Estates on a few occasions and am very happy with their services. If any issues arise, Luke and the team have been quick to jump on it and resolve it. They are great at customer service and interacting with residents on the developments.

On 2 occasions now they have cut down flowers in the front garden with careless strimming.
Also deem it acceptable to cut grass in pouring down rain and leave a mess in the front garden. Takes forever to get a response and resolution.

Summit Estates have been very helpful, responsive and detail focused. Would highly recommend them for property maintenance services.

Terrible experience with Michael. Very rude and aggressive person

They have been cleaning our development for some years , but their level of service has deteriorated to substandard for both management and cleaners work ethics . Cleaners don’t attend to clean the communal parts every week as they are supposed to , not using the attendance sheet so no reliable record as to when they turn up ! Rubbish are not cleared in the communal grounds and bins storage even when they turn up which is quite random . They only seem to attend to do a task after multiple complaints and even then the tasks are normally not fully completed . They are certainly unreliable . It certainly reflects the lack of effective management of the cleaners and it contradicts what their website claims to be providing tailored made services to clients’ requirements.
