This website should be taken down. They misrepresent the clothing they advertise, they are of inferior quality, and very small, I am a plus size person and I ordered plus size but when the clothes arrived, it the size of a 10 year old. This company should be taking out of business as I see I am not the only one complaining. I tried to return the items, which I paid US$ 76.00 the USPS wants to charge me US$85 to send back to China or whatever place that is made!
It is an absurd!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

If I could give negative stars, the page would be full of them. The items are not as advertised, not sized accurately, and even though the site says all items are in stock they are not. I placed an order, received the items and nothing was the correct size. They say I need to photograph the items, to prove that they haven't been worn, then contact them again to get the ACTUAL shipping address to return and then pay the shipping costs. Since this company is NOT LOCATED IN THE US (I didn't realize it at the time) the cost to return is too much. I had placed another order before I realized how awful a return process was, then got an email saying the items are not in stock and my order will be delayed. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, but they sent another email saying they would prefer that I wait for the items!
This is not a reliable, reasonable or legitimate business. They have taken my money for worthless items and for items that I have not received - not sure if I will EVER receive them

I bought some clothing items through PayPal when the
stuff came it was nothing I anticipated, the clothing was
too small it did not have any tag on them and they were
horrible and disgusting looking.That’s when I started too check for delivering I called PayPal and that’s where
the problem started, I called about 9-10times and spoke with Zen,Daphne,Emily,Christine,Miss Annie,Allison and Gail I told them what was the problem for the return off the items they were too small, was not fitting properly they said that was not a good reason for a return and the claim is closed

I received my order after three weeks and material is horrible horrible, outfits I received are not wearable. So transparent and cheapest material ever. I ordered two pants, they are not aligned, one leg shorter than other. Customer service is horrible, refusing to take order back unless I pay huge shipping. I received package addressed CA but they refuse to send shipment there. I wish I have read all other reviews. This summmers.com should not be in business. This is scam business. Please be aware. I disputed my credit card charges when summmers refuse to give me my money back for defective items they sent. I wasted my $84.00 I should have donate this to some good cause. I am so angry and feeling stupid to order goods from this site.

I did NOT read all these reviews before placing my order. I can only hope and pray at this point that the items I ordered are wearable. Lol!...YunExpress tracking says they are in flight out of China heading to the U.S. I admit, I made this same mistake prior to this order foolishly, because I was taken by the fabulous selections. If these same outfits were made in America I probably couldn't afford them. (5) outfits under $200? In America the cost would be 4x that amount. American designers need to go on these Chinese sites and see what's happening in affordable, yet STYLISH clothing.

Your reviews read exactly like the last scam Chinese on-line clothing company Comfymia. Both companies sound one in the same. BEWARE!

I made two orders with this company. I was told that they would send out the merchandise ASAP. Weeks go by and I still have not received anything or a notification of a shipping date. I communicated several times in which they told me that they were behind getting merchandise out and then I got a email saying they were refunding a partial amount on both orders. Today I received an email saying that nothing was available on either order and that I would be receiving nothing from the company, but they had made a partial refund which I could expect Within five to 15 days. The refund on one order was for $29.60 but the entire purchase amount had been $144.19. The refund on the second order I made was for $19.46 but the entire order was for $115. Order nothing from this company as you will not receive it and whatever monies they take as payment from your account will not be refunded in total.

The merchandise is disgusting. It is not what was on the web. I will not order another thing from this company it is a total scam.

Products received were not pictures on website! Cotton Linen pants did not fit so if you choose to order make it 2 sizes larger! Pants were a rayon fabric not linen! When asked about returning items I was told it would cost too much to send back… that’s when I realized they were in another country! They will respond by email but when claims of giving me a measly refund by one person they never spoke of it again..and I never got that person again! Beware of these sites in China, London and beyond that are fraudulent sites!!

I appreciate all the reviews. I loved the pictures of what was being advertised but I learned the hard way to read the reviews. I don’t need to be told twice I definitely will not be ordering from Summmers. Thanks for reviews

Recently ordered what I thought was a nice modest outfit. This thing they sent is absolutely laughable 😂😂😂! Nothing at all like the picture. The top in the picture is beautiful and supposed to be loose coming down past the hips and the supposedly matching pants at least to the ankles. I am 5’7.” This outfit fits a 4’10” 10 yr old child perfect and is made to play outside in. These Summmers folks sent me spandex tights slightly below the knees and a fitted T-shirt! I mean it’s absolutely insulting!! Shame on you lying dishonest people!

It's has been 3 weeks still haven't received my order. This is so sad that
the united states allow these fake companies to advertise and steal from the American people. Something has to change.

People wake up.......do your research. Investigate. Discover that dangerous and devious People do exist. In all areas of life. Contact the correct federal agencies that will take these people down. If you don't speak up, there will be NO CHANGE.

The refund policy says to contact “support@summmers”.NOT TRUE! I tried to get a refund for $82 worth of merchandise that was never opened. I received an email from them that said that “this is not their company” and they hope I find the RIGHT company to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are totally not reputable. They take your money, but do not honor their word on refunds - even if an item is damaged or does not fit properly.

This company is a scam the materials are not linen or cotton as claimed they take pictures from other sites and claim as their own and you will never get a refund this company should be shut down or the united states should stop China and Japan from advertising they also pay for good reviews and create fake ones. Everyone please be aware even their main front page advertising was stolen from another company. Always do your homework before buying.

Do not buy from this company it is bogus claim that clothes are linen they are not clothes are cheaply made and ill fitted when refund was requested representative said it would be too expensive to ship back and take to long so keep the clothes and offered a $20 refund on $90 purchase BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

What you see is NOT what you get. No trouble with shipping and tracking, but the product was horribly misrepresented. I have sent an email to their customer service department requesting information about returning this item. I will update this review with a better score if I hear back from them and I'm able to receive a refund.

In order to solve the problem faster, we advise you to take full pictures of the item you wish to return, including the SKU numbers on products and face sheets on packages.

Please note that the address on the package is not our delivery address. We cannot receive the goods and cannot refund you if you return the address on the package. The buyers will be responsible for all losses if you return the parcel to us without consent.

GUESS WHAT?! I kept all the packaging! Every bit of it! AND THERE WERE NO SKU NUMBERS ANYWHERE! So I won't waste my time.

I am so sorry I can't post photos here of the outfit they advertised and the thing they sent. It's so pitiful.

Despite others' unfortunate experiences...no problems thus far...customer service responded to me in a timely manner (considering the international time difference) and were very polite in answering my question. Also, the tracking through Yun Express works just fine and shows every step of the shipping process. I will update after receiving my product.

UPDATE 7/9/2021

So, the negative comments reviewing this company were not entirely untrue. I did receive my purchases I'm a timely manner, considering this company is located out of the country. Here are my pros and cons:

PROS: 1) Great customer service (my experience). I communicated with a few different staff about concerns prior to and post purchase receipt. They were extremely polite and kind. 2) Pricing is affordable 3) I was able to track delivery in the process which was accurate and delivered as tracked.

CONS: 1) It is true, what is presented on the site does not appear to be what the customer receives. 2) Fabrics were completely different. Sizing was also smaller and/or bigger than expected which was disappointing as a consumer; and also that returning the product was not an option. They did offer me a "partial" refund of $6.00..(not half of the actual cost)..I politely declined and will most likely re-gift one of the garments. The other item can be worn around the house. The quality of the fabrics were not what I expected.

In summary, I feel like they made an honest attempt to satisfy the customer (perhaps, they are still learning as business owners); however, it is apparent customers might not return for a second purchase because of the quality of the product that contradicts what is seen on the site, sadly.

Hopefully, in time, they are able to re-gain the respect of their customer base and overall trust with customers by providing exact products and not cheap dupes.

Took 2 weeks for order to be received. Tracking link is useless. Sent email which is the only source of communicating, no response. Once items received they look nothing like the photos, really cheap, thin materials, not true to size. Handbags present like leather but are actually plastic material, photos of the true look is hidden in the photos towards the final pics. Did not bother to return as mailing address says Hong Kong. No return shipment label in the package. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Thank heavens for your reviews ladies. I could have spent a small fortune. Loved what they were showing. Thanks for looking out for us.
