Amazing

Amazing service, great product range for very reasonable price
I have used it now for years over 18months and having problems with previous providers (I.e. jojo) I must say I love it

Terrible customer service takes days to…

Terrible customer service takes days to get stuff so simple to resolve and I will be changing providers soon.
Payments generally come through next day but when you have issues it’s a nightmare even to change your address to setting up app on a new device especially when your original one is broken

I had multiple unauthorised…

I had multiple unauthorised transactions in another country yet SumUp refuses to return my money. They’ve stopped communicating about the topic all together now. I now don’t trust if it happens again my business is safe.
