Great customer service. I ordered some items and then realised that I had ordered incorrectly. I dropped them an email asking to cancel the order. Within 24 hours I received a reply confirming the order was cancelled and a refund on its way.
This is a great company with great products at fair prices. I purchased from this company about a month ago. I knew nothing about them prior to this order. I had never heard of them before. I am always a little leery ordering from small companies that are not very well known. However, I am finding more and more that they are the easiest and friendliest to deal with. I ordered 4 items which were all in stock. The delivery was speedy and everything was well packed. Communication is excellent. All emails were replied to promptly by a friendly staff member. Returns are absolutely no quibble, which is reassuring when one is buying online. This is a great company to deal with. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again.
