Terrible products and customer service

Heated matress pad isn't working and company refuses to follow their warranty (replacement or repair). Offering a refund. Of course the items are way more expensive now. Gabriel and Daniel are not helpful. Their products and customer service are terrible in my opinion. Will be reportong to bbb and consumer canada.

3rd time cord failure

Blew a fuse with sparks from the pad when I plugged in my heating pad this morning. Discovered that the wires were exposed due to cord connection failure. The cord wasn't installed properly

66 years old been buying sunbeam…

66 years old been buying sunbeam products all my life just bought a blanket throw blanket two days later it stopped working. Unfortunately my kids threw the bill out. Didn’t realize this thing would break in two days. I notified them and they were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend Sunbeam to anybody nothing but junk these days And they won’t warranty anything Chinese made what do you expect?

Sunbeam Electric Blanket - Failed After Just a Few Weeks - Support still Not Called Back

Purchased an electric blanket. This blanket failed after 6 weeks of use. Placed on top of a bed with a single adult user. It is not a well made product, the heating wires were loose inside the very thin material, and prone to touching (perhaps a cause of the failure?) Support is horrible and still no word from them.

And of course they will expect me to do all the work (a mid seventies Senior). I will have to pack it up, pay to mail it back to them and wait weeks - possibly months - for a repair or replacement. And all the while I will freeze in my small cabin (8-10 degrees indoors night time temperature).

I paid almost $200.00 for this product to keep warm during the winter. They should return my money so that I can buy a better blanket. It's the decent thing to do .....

I would not even give them a star but…

I would not even give them a star but it's the only way you can write a review. I purchased SUNBEAM under cabinet lights the package is missing the plug-in adaptor connector cable have Bing trying to call the number on the instructions no answer have left 2 messages that was 3 hours ago so I looked up sunbeam found another phone number called they could not help me the told me to call the number I was already trying I told them I was not getting any answer from that number she tried calling said she could not get through ether and could not help me to try that number Lynn
