Fantastic service and experience. The booking process, collection to and from the jet ski was efficient and the staff were friendly. Great value also. I would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent experience on the respectful dolphin and whale watch in association with Sea Shephard no chase. Saw a few pilot whales throughout, followed by a sea turtle, more whales and a few dolphins too towards the end near the shore.

Easy booking, good fun and informative

A truly enjoyable Jeep Safari in Tenerife. Our guide, Neil was friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. The new jeep was comfortable and the time allocated in each area was perfect. We both (couple in our 50s) had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Booking was simple with good communication from the company. 5 star.

The experience was great and the guide was warmhearted but kind of a mess. The equipment he gave us was completely destroyed, we had to change 3 times the batteries of the headlamps during the hike and the poles were so twisted that adjusting them was already a challenge and they were missing the hand straps. On the way up he was repeating so often to be cautious with the the height sickness that I think I got sick of his words instead of actually the height. And when we were showing the permits to the guards, we had to divide the group in 4 couples with 5min distance between us…. Apparently he couldn’t be seen with a big group… I am wondering if he had a guide license…

My fiancee and I had a great time riding with them! The horses were well fed and groomed. We saw wonderful views, and the horses were very well behaved. There was a hunting party nearby, and the horses were spooked by the loud bang. Nobody fell off, and all the horses stayed together. All in all, it was a great adventure for two hours straight. Do use the mosquito repellent haha!

It was advertised as a GLASS bottom boat but it was a submarine without a glass bottom.
The submarine just had streep steps and very hard to negotiate
When we found out when we arrived at the port on Friday we tried to cancel but was unable as it needed 5 days notice of cancellation this as 2 of the party suffered from claustrophobia we have their tickets away

Jack was an excellent host with a mix of humour and facts. It was over 3 hours well spent . Enjoyed by all 4 of us would highly recommend

Good experience

Sunbonoo took our money knowing full well it was high tide at 3pm and so the Blue Cave off Pollensa Port would be inaccessible.

We did not know this until we were already on the boat and out at sea. Red flag was when the skipper of Sea Adventure told us that they had "not looked at the weather forecast" that day but that "bad weather and choppy seas" might mean the cave was inaccessible. (Really? A professional operator not checking the forecast or tides?)

He took us to the cave and surprise, surprise, it was inaccessible and dangerous to enter -- not due to bad weather or choppy seas (sea was calm and weather good) but due to the high tide.

Anyone can google the tides in seconds - which we did when we got back to shore. Guess what? It was high tide at 3pm.

We snorkelled on the coastline instead, but this was not what we paid for. The skipper made an effort to tell us about the coastline and history etc. We snorkelled along the coast instead, but we already did this every day before the trip - and this was not what we paid 240 Euro for.

So this felt deliberately misleading and unethical -- false advertising -- taking our money and then pretending not to know until we were already on the boat out at sea. This left rather a bad taste to what should have been a lovely trip.

Complained to Sunbonoo & Sea Adventure afterwards but they already had our money and could care less. To add insult to injury they became abusive. I asked for the formal complaints procedure, name of their regulatory body and the name of their CEO -- and suddenly crickets!!! Don't make a similar mistake. Steer clear!

Avoid these scammer site. I have lost 200€ because of them.
I booked a canyoning trip in Chania on Sunbonoo with Yiannis Bromirakis 2 days before. The problem is that I had a stomach ache because of some bad food and the night before the trip I was feeling bad, I could not attend the canyoning. I contacted Sunbonoo and neither they or the guide were willing to give any form or partial refund or voucher, they simple took money. Avoid these scammers.

The tour we booked via sunbonno had not actually been running for months. The tour operators had changed the itinerary and sunbonno hadn’t updated their website. Therefore; the tour we went on didn’t go to the location we’d paid for. Sunbonno thought it was ‘completely acceptable’ to just refund one out of 4 of us as a ‘gesture of good will’. They have now stopped answering my messages for a full refund. Don’t touch them !

Me and my grandma booked a boat tour in Gran Canaria for my moms Birthday . I Must say the process with the company sunbonoo was very difficult and I was very disappointed. In the description it said that there was a maximum of 4 person . We booked for 3 so there shouldn’t have been a problem . Suddenly the company said that it was minimum 4 even though it said different in their website . We then had to purchase another ticket to still be able to do the tour .
However : all of that was made up for by the totally friendly pair of skippers we had . Christopher and his wife Maria were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met . He picked us up and helped us get into the van , drive us there and told us a lot about the island. Then on the boat, his wife was the cutest . She brought us some aperitif and also something to eat and even offered to make some pictures of us during the trip . They turned out really really well !! All in all they really safed our experience with sunbonoo .

Punctual brilliant coach hotel pick up and drop off at hotel. Super friendly tour guides. Only took an hour on boat crossing. 5 hours to spend in Marmaris. We were taken straight to a gold making factory, not pressured in purchasing, then to the Bazar market where they sell cheap clothing, ornaments jewlary. After a little shopping we opted to walk around the harbour and ancient castle. We were dropped back to hotel by 7pm

Everything from the start. They were late and confused in receiving our request for an excursion. They did not read our emails properly. When we had to cancel due to médical reasons they did not inform the tour guide. Dreadful expérience. A rare thing in the Canary islands! But eventually they realized our situation and provided the same tour next year for free. Looking forward to it!

Booked jetski with this company,very professional and quick to reply,had an issue with third party but nothing to do with sunbonoo....I found Cindy from customer service very helpful

NEVER ever book in this company! The worst experience and customer service!
First I purchased an e-bike tour for my dad’s birthday for a specific date in April. Few days later I received an email the date is not possible as the provider hasn’t started to provide the service yet. They offered me a refund. So I purchased again with the possibility to redeem within one year from the date of purchase. I wanted to book a tour again in May- sunbonoo told me to contact the provider. The provider was not replying for few days. Then I finally got a reply from them in German (!) saying they are not providing this tour any more and don’t know when they will offer it again! As a result my dad cannot use the voucher he got from me as a birthday gift!
So I wrote back to sunbonoo asking why they offer something that is not even available and what solution they can offer to me. They replied they can offer a refund or I can choose a different tour. I chose a tour 40€ more expensive and they told me to pay the difference! Due to all the difficulties and the bad experience they should offer to cover the difference as a compensation- that’s what a customer-respectful company would do! Shame you sunbonoo!

I made a query regarding the Puerto de Morgan Tour, and Cynthia was accommodating and efficient. I’ve booked this tour with Sunbonoo; she even calls me to squeeze us in for last-minute bookings, which we thoroughly appreciate.


We did the tour with a boat ride to visit the Friday market. The port is charming. There are plenty of boats in the harbour and many market stalls right down the slopes of the upper town.

The boat ride we’ve enjoyed most compare to the bus ride on the way back. The boat crew (Team Leader) was informative, and his jokes made us laugh & LCT Europe Tour did a good job and pick up & drop off were on time. Upon arrival on the island, the guide pointed out some interesting facts, directions & critical facilities that may require. We like the idea that we are freely browsing and exploring the island, giving us enough time to do so.

The village is beautiful, picturesque and worth the detour; however not quite Venice (only 1x canal). Spend a couple of hours taking pictures of the harbour, strolling the narrow streets with the pretty houses covered with flowers.

We went to a local restaurant for lunch and grabbed some gelato while chilling around the beach.

I booked for a horse riding activity in Tenerife on their website, they were quick to take all the money upfront €170 on Wed 9th for Saturday 12th. Next day the lady called to say they are overbooked and can’t do Saturday but can do Monday instead. I said am not sure for Monday 14th we are due to go back on Tuesday 15th we prefer to go the weekend instead. But she said Monday is the earliest, I said to keep it in but will confirm if i cant find somewhere else to go before. I did find somewhere else to go on Thursday, I called the lady at the stable, she said there is nothing she can do and to contact Sunbonoo instead, who then said there is a 5 days cancellation policy and they cant do nothing either. I contacted them again to say that my daughter is not well, neither of them wanted to do anything. Sunbonoo couldn’t care less, as soon as you booked, they have all your money and there is nothing you can do to get any money back, no cancellation no refund, they are the ones who messed up by not being able to give me the day I booked for and the tickets itself were sent less than 5 days. 5 days cancellation policy when you are there for 7 days max in most cases, is extreme and not a fair cancellation policy especially when travelling with young children. I have lost €130, they refunded 40 euros because they couldn’t offer what was booked for (3hrs instead of 7hrs) and nothing to show for it. Better to avoid agents at all costs and book direct. Lesson learned, will Never ever booked with an agent again and definitely not Sunbonoo. I hope this helps someone else out there before they lose their hard earned money like me.
Update - Sunbonoo has refunded me my money in full after I posted this review but has threatened me with legal action if I dont take the review down. This review is to raise awareness so others dont get caught out like I did.

Worst website ever. Booked services online for our holiday in Mallorca a private boat. Was impossible for Them to deliver what we ordred. Also impossible to contact them on the phone. Don’t use this website if you don’t want to spend your holiday on rebooking.
