I placed an international order and my products still haven’t arrived after more than 1.5 months. When contacted, they replied to say that they couldn’t trace nor track the package outside of the US. What utter rubbish! The supposed tracking no. that they supplied for UPS turned out to be invalid. This is on top of the fact that I paid extra for a ‘Protected Order’, i.e. tracking & delivery protected & guaranteed. Subsequent emails to them have been ignored. Obviously, the company has also not made an effort to investigate nor resolve the issue. At this point, I have little expectation of promised delivery or refund. Terrible / non-existent customer service. Buyers beware, order at your own risk!
