I wish I could rate this company a 0 and no stars at all. My experience was HORRIBLE, all their images and videos are false advertising!! I bought a dress from them and received a fake replica, looked nothing like it!! I tried to return the dress, but they stated I had to pay for the shipping. I refused to pay as I don’t think it’s fair to pay to return something that was false advertised. I went back and forth with the company through email and they refuse to refund me my money back or give me free shipping so I can send it back to them for a refund. Extremely upset, there goes $60 I’ll never see again. Save your money and shop else where!!

I cannot stress enough…DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I had read the reviews below before ordering. My purchase came from an advert on Pintrest. The items I ordered arrived promptly but were not fit for purpose. The dress, which I ordered in two sizes, was like a T-shirt on me and just about covered my bottom!
When I contacted Sunday Affairs regarding a return, it took an entire week of emails to finally get the return address. Most of their emails avoided a very direct request to return the items. Baring in mind their return policy is 14 days and week of this was simply trying to get an address. It then cost £30 (over half of the order total) to return the items. I’m not entirely convinced I’ll get my money back!

Ordered a dress which took over 3 weeks to arrive, missing the event I had hoped to wear it for. In any case, I don't want to keep the dress that's arrived as it's very unflattering and does not suit my shape. Moreover, it is nothing like the pictures advertised on the website, and through Pinterest. It is of cheap and terrible quality, especially considering the price (£45+)

I have followed the process to return this dress, by contacting the customer service, as instructed on the website. They refer to a 14 day return policy on the website, yet don't provide a return address on there, nor do the customer service respond promptly. Having given my reasons for return in my email, the customer service team took two days to reply, only to query my reason for return and not answer my question. I am now still waiting for a reply from them, with the return address. I will be posting this back and expect a full refund. Having read other reviews (which I wish I had done before ordering), a refund for this item does not look promising. Complete scam.

If there was a no star that's what these guys would get.

We ordered over 3 weeks ago no tracking number order not fulfilled and they've taken our money.

I've emailed/contacted them via FB and no response for refund request.

WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

Avoid this company if possible! I know the deals on the dresses look great, but I would beware! I ordered two dresses for my engagement photos and they did not fit my body type causing me to return both items.

1. It took about over a month to get my items.
2.The return address is in China it costed me $35.00 dollars to return.
3. They refused to refund my order so I had to dispute the charge thru my credit card providing the tracking number and receipt.

Long story short, just don't do it.

I AM SO MAD I SPENT OVER 100 here AND MY PACKAGE HASNT COME AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE GAVE ME INCORRECT TRACKING AND WONT REFUND ME WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY COPIED ANOTHER BRANDS PICTURES I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 weeks for THIS STUPID PARCEL

Wish I had read reviews before buying. Having to go through PayPal now, hopefully for a refund. Poor quality, ill fitting item provided. Initially, was offered 10% refund and given no address as told it would be "very expensive". Eventually given address in China to return to but attempts to dissuade me from returning item. They refuse to pay for return despite not advertising that return costs would be nearly 50% of the cost of the item itself and refuse to provide UK address for return. Complete scam that I hope PayPal can resolve fairly.

Unfortunately I fell for a Pinterest ad. What arrived looks like a the ugly cousin of the photo advertised. The pleated skirt doesn’t even have pleats. Came from china. Overpriced cheap junk. SHEIN is better than this. This company is clearly here to make as many quick dollars as possible. The reviews on their website must be a lie

If I could give this less than a one star I would!!! Worse company do not buy from this it give false advertisement. They lie and the return policy from the US DO NOT BUY trust me don’t fall for it!!!!! I did please the popular white dress I picked for graduation was see through the sewing was so bad don’t get it. Read return policy they will make you pay $150 to return it.

This company is based in China! Items take a long time to arrive and cost a fortune to return. Avoid!!

They are using photos from Oddmuse.co.uk to scam people into buying clothes. I have reported this to oddmuse, so they are aware. Please do not buy from sundayaffairs.co. If you want the real deal go to oddmuse.co.uk.

Awful quality and extremely over priced. Have to pay for your own returns back to some random building in China. Very disappointed, avoid!!!

Buyer Beware. This website is a scam. The product is cheaply made and ill-fitting. Sizing is incorrect and the hidden fine print states you have to pay for your own shipping back to China - which far exceeds the already exorbitant cost of the product.

Bought an item after seeing it on Pinterest. SHEIN clothes are better than what I purchased. Item took 4 weeks to arrive and then realised it was China. Jumper looked nothing like picture and it stated it once was worth £76.99 not worth anything for than a £5 and size wise it’s tiny! Really awful item and customer service is terrible! DO NOT OURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Scam.

UPDATE:
So my complaint to PayPal was upheld and I did get a full refund but this was based on the fact I had sent the items back to SundayAffairs. Today my courier company have informed me that SundayAffairs have refused to accept the package so it is now being sent back to me and I have no choice but to pay the return shipping fees, so I'm still out of pocket. Please, please DO NOT use this company!!!
Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from Sunday Affairs before reading the reviews. Tried to cancel my order as I hadn't received an email to say anything had shipped. Not surprisingly, I then got an email saying some of my items had shipped and they couldn't stop that process. I then emailed customer services a number of times to cancel the rest of the order. These emails were ignored!!
One package has arrived and as previously mentioned, the quality is shockingly bad. Have asked to return and have been offered a 10% refund if I don't send back. I have refused. I do have a return address in London - do I risk sending back to that address.
I have reported to PayPal but I don't expect to see any of my money refunded.
Awful clothes, awful customer services. Hope the site gets shut down soon.

Horrible customer service - seems like a total scam site. I even paid for expedited shipping... ugh. Hope this site goes out of business soon enough to not rip off others.

Was sent an item that was completely falsely advertised and they refused to give me more than a 20% refund AND expected me to pay an exorbitant amount to return the item. This is a scam website drop shipping items from China for an overpriced amount of money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Do not purchase from this company! It is a scam. Very poor quality clothing and a shocking returns policy. Takes around 4 weeks to receive your item from China! 10% refund was offered. I will be taking this further to stop anyone else being scammed by this shoddy small business. What a stressful experience.......

I ordered a dress that looked cute. It took over a month to arrive. When it arrived I realized it was defective - the dress had been sewn into the label. I let them know I’d like to return for a refund and they offered to send a new dress. At this point I didn’t have a need or want for the dress anymore. They did I could return it but at my own expense - to china! Horrible quality product and service. Waste of time and money. Do not shop with them.
