No sign of my order, automated response by a chat Bot to say my query has been forwarded on, and then silence! I just want a refund, I will order elsewhere. Don’t you companies realise by now that being able to actually speak to a real person and get a speedy response and resolution when there is a problem is so important!!

1 month later still no package

Have ordered on the 19th of december and 1 month later, still no supplements.
The tracking link says "will be handed over to the post office soon" but it said this for 4 weeks. Clearly something is wrong. And the email bot cannot help.. only said they will forward it to someone to look into and then I never heard back. Its frustrating that you cant even call someone.
I either want my money back or may package within the next 3 days. Order number 1014118297.

The package arrived quickly and well packaged. The bottles of vitamins are good quality. I'm very glad I found this website with natural supplements. I just couldn't find benfotiamine; they only have thiamine. I've been taking it for four days now and will monitor it. I believe it will help because it's made from natural ingredients. Good product but bad service

Beta glucan is very good. But customer service is literally below any critic. To get my package fast i needed to contact CEO, so only after this it was sent. The customer service writes copy paste non sense. I wrote to them by instance sort of review- let say good remark (being medical doctor), that beta glucan from oats is excellent and person who is taking this besides lowering cholesterol, also is protected against respiratory infections and more over particularly beta glucan from oats improves density of bones, it is literally helps to restore broken bones. I got from them answer that they can not advise - seems to me they do not even read or may be read but do not understand what they are reading. Pity. They seemed to be bothered by clients judging by their approach and some answers looks for me like AI made- so no personal touch either, which is strange. For me if you have successful business you certainly make engagement in clients otherwise you will loose them. I find it weird. Advise to top management- please improve your customer service department. Training needed! Also in comments I saw many of your replies that you are retailer, I am sorry but on your site is stated that you are producer and certainly you MUST know what you are producing ,indications, side effects and contraindications. Also in regards that you can not advise, again it is very strange. You are actually OBLIGED to advise persons what effects can give your products.

**Review:**
They advertise **2–4 days delivery to the Netherlands**. After **6 days** I still had **no tracking number** and no clear shipping update.

Support was useless: I got a brief “we can’t help / we’ll forward it” type reply, then **no real follow-up** and **no practical way to reach someone who can actually fix it**.

Horrible experience. **Never again.**

Received damaged goods

Received damaged goods. Was not sufficiently packaged. I was offered partial refund and a discount code for 10 percent not to be used on already discounted items e.g. the bundled item I have ordered... It is not economical to re-order one items as the postage is in the amount of the item itself. Should have been resend by them automatically.
EDIT 7JAN2026: I was offered a refund for one of the bottle which was discounted when ordered, so the "offered 10 percent discount" for a purchase till FEB covers just that discount which I already had because I was buying a bundled item. After inquiring further, not initially, I was offered partial refund on the postage in the amount of 6.45 eur. Now calculate with me. If I would need to reorder that one broken bottle I would need to pay additional 6.45 eur more, then initially paid. Which I would not do. Hence no, this did not resolve the issue for me. I have done nothing wrong and I am being punished for it. I will be doing my business elsewhere henceforth.
Please note that Sunday Natural service desk does not speak in amounts in their e-mail communication, e.g. "We have already initiated the refund process for the damaged product." No details about the amount refunded. So I will see what is actually refunded within 7 business days.

Do not buy

Do not buy. My astaxanthing came with the seal open in both packages. They first asked me to PAY to ship it back, then agreed on refunding, but then stopped replying completely, what a disgrace.

I had never received a supplement with the seal broken, let alone 2 out of 2 that I ordered. Cheap crap, stay away.

Terrible service

Slow delivery to France, once in France delivered to the wrong pick up point very far away from me. It takes me almost one hour on public transport (bus, train and walking) to pickup. I contacted them asking to change to any pickup point close to me or home delivery, and they just replied that it will go in return to them and after it has been returned itll take 14 days to get a refund, with the courier it usually takes 7-14 days for the return. So in total 3-4 weeks for my refund. They’re holding my money hostage because they’re incompatible
To request the courier to deliver to the correct pick up count and they’re too stingy to request home delivery blaming it on that there’s an issue with my address. I contacted the courier who said there’s no problem for delivery but the company Sunday natural should request the delviery to my home not me. Horrible experience, will never order again

Home delivery via Colissimo

The selection of the pickup point is handled by the carrier’s system based on availability and routing. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been routed to a specific pickup point, neither the recipient nor we as the sender can redirect it to another pickup location. Home delivery can only be arranged if Colissimo was selected at checkout.

We would also like to clarify that we are not holding your refund intentionally. If a parcel cannot be delivered or collected and is returned to us, the refund is issued as soon as the return is received and processed. The return transit and processing time can indeed take several days, depending on the carrier.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Honestly, I’ve never experienced a worse company in my 30 years of living. I’ve been waiting for my supplements for three weeks, and none of their team seems to care that I’ve run out — despite needing these supplements for my health condition (HS). I now have boils all over my body because of the delay.

When I asked for an update three times and whether I should purchase some on Amazon to keep me going until they arrive, they replied with an AI-generated message that completely ignored my questions and gave me hope that it will come soon which it hasn't i have finally bought some of amazon to help with my illness as i give up waiting .

They’ve put me through unnecessary pain and agony, and they don’t seem to care at all. I honestly recommend that no one buys from their website.

Wrongfully tiped in the wrong house…

Wrongfully tiped in the wrong house number and noticed within 2 minutes after ordering. Address change is not possible. Contacted the customer service to change one single letter, 5 emails no response. No number to call. Chatbot is useless too. The package is about to be shipped to the wrong address. How is it not possible to fix such a small and frankly very common mistake while ordering?
