Total SCAM! I never received my shoes that I ordered in November 2020! I tried reaching out to inquire, but no response (multiple times). I think I paid approximately $70 for one pair. Very disappointing!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! I am so disappointed and like everyone has already said each time I email them they tell me it’s on the way and sorry for the delay. I have asked for a refund twice and they now are radio silent. AWFUL! I ordered in Oct 2020 and still nothing. I even contacted UPS and they had no record of my tracking number. The shoes look nice but do not buy from here!!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in September 2020 (5 months ago!) and still have not received. I’ve emailed monthly for status and keep receiving the same reply that they are on the way and to be patient. I’ve requested a refund twice and no reply. Worst experience ever. I will be pursuing resolution via any other means I can.

I still don't see any action taking place on this order. I have given many options to resolve this, whether a refund, an explanation or a detailed update of the order. I will be giving a poor review and urging others not to purchase with this unreliable company that chooses to ignore the customers request. I have been treated like a child, when you tell your child to "be quiet" and "wait your turn." I do not appreciate being told how to behave when it comes to spending my hard earned money. Especially for an important occasion I was purchasing for. It may not be the largest amount of money that I spent but it has definitely been one of the biggest disappointments in customer service.

I ordered shoes as well and still haven’t got them. It’s been almost 2 months. I sent them an email and just says it’s on its way. I also asked for a refund and they told me the shoes are on the way, to be patient. Don’t order from this company. I hope I get my shoes.

Do NOT order from this company! The shoes are CHEAPLY made. Paid $100 for “dollar store” quality! They took over two months to arrive, and I was completely disappointed! They are NOT the shoes in the pictures! I have been emailing back and forth, and they only want to refund 10% of my money, even when I told them I would pay return shipping. Don’t waste your money!

I placed an order over two months ago and have yet to receive my items. I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions and keep getting told that the shipping information will update, even though it doesn't. And if it does update, it's conveniently the same day that I contact customer service. I said I wanted a refund because I don't even want the items anymore, and they just completely ignored that and assured me my package was en route.
