What made this a great experience was Wes's authentic video. To see his big smile and honest enthusiastic feelings about his site and this time the coffee. I loved how he opened the box of coffee to show us the product and little Grace was in the background. Real time stuff not a show. I love how quick and easy it was to order the coffee.
