My unfortunate experience with Sunface Solar serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. Despite the initial promises and multiple assurances, Sunface Solar never even started the installation process.

Communication was consistently lacking, and eventually they advised they could not supply the quoted items and offered to refund my deposit, it soon became clear that Sunface Solar wouldn’t be fulfilling their commitment. Their failure to return my deposit is very disheartening. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, the company has shown a complete lack of integrity.

To potential customers, be wary of Sunface Solar’s unreliable practices. They not only failed to commence the job but also refused to return my deposit, showcasing a level of dishonesty that is deeply concerning. I strongly advise seeking alternative options for your solar needs to avoid falling victim to similar issues.

From start to finish , process was easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend Sunface Solar

Great company to deal with and excellent customer service. Installation was organised and completed within a week. After sales service is second to none and follow up is conducted quickly.
