I should got on the review before I bought it it so bad

This is the absolute worse company I've purchased from. Ordered in more than enough time according to their website. Sent an emsil inquiring about the shipping. Supposed to ship from US within 3 days of order placement. Kept tracking it, well over a week and a half to ship.Paid for expedited shipping. Arrived late. Gift was ok at best. I've been sending emails about a refund since December. Same reply, we've received your ticket, be patient, we will get back to you.

I'm really happy with customer services, I would recommend others for use your services.Thank you

Was informed that my order was delivered.. I ordered 4 products, only received 1? Missing 3 products, I emailed customer support.. only got auto-reply, no response. I don't know what happened to my other 3 orders? BIGGER QUESTION -Why was I only mailed 1 product when I ordered & paid for 4 Products?
Very sad to realize this! Feeling scammed & angry!

I placed an order for two items on January 20th that held deep sentimental value after the loss of my mother. The tracking number has shown the parcel as “in transit” since January 22nd, with no movement since.
Communication has been extremely poor. Emails receive only automated responses with no clear or direct explanation of what is actually happening with the order.
This experience has been disappointing and upsetting given the personal significance of the items. I would not purchase from this company again.

The item I received did not quite match my expectations based on the picture displayed. While it is a pleasant item, it does not fully align with the representation provided.

Very poor quality. Not as pictured on website.
Ordered beach towels, so thin, very poor quality.
I will read reviews in the future before I order from a website I am not familiar with.

Terrible company I ordered a Christmas gift in November...never received it...always an excuse when I email them...the lastest excuse is they couldn't find my house but if I send them an additional $16.they will resend it......Totally scammed out of my money

I was very excited waiting on my pillow but when I did get the package there was a flat pillow with a sublimation photo on it nothing like what they are advertising i could have made that and saved my money please don't order from them and save your money and the shipping was crazy it never moved to see if it's on the way

Love love love our custom miles plaques. Ordered two and they both are perfect!

The pillow is not at all what the preview shows. It is much smaller and looks nothing like the pillow I ordered. My husband passed away and I wanted this memory pillow. I was never so disappointed in all my life! It's horrible.

I ordered a plaque for my grandson never got a tracking number gave emailed them 4 times in 2 weeks never heard back should have read all these bad reviews first

Please don't buy anything from this company. I have been waiting for over a month for one product that has not arrived yet. I can understand that the carrier company that they work with can make mistakes regarding delivering the product to the correct adress, however, the fact that this company tells me that I have to go literally check door to door and ask if they receive my package, and in adittion providing me with a number that I have to call to ask what happen is a red flag on the spot. Last thing, forget about a refund because is not going to happen.

I was very impressed by the customer service department. I had ordered a plaque, but received an ornament. One quick email later, the order was corrected and less than four days later the plaque arrived. I love it. 💜 I wasn't sure of the date.

My family loved the gift so.unique ..thank you

Acrylic plaque: advertising picture of what their selling you look three dimensional of the picture you send them to create with. What you get is a poor quality image of the picture you sent them behind a half inch thick piece of acrylic. Nowhere in their advertising can you see the acrylic overlay. It looks like a 3D creation of your picture. False advertising. Very poor product. Don't buy unless you like disappointments.

Do not order from this company, it's a scam and you will not receive your order and they will not respond other than a automatic response email. Stay away! Ordered December 7 th and nothing January 27 th.

They advertise a 3d printed figurine, but what you get is a picture glued to a piece of acrylic. I could make one for about 5 bucks . Not worth the 47 bucks . they charge. A total ripoff.

They promised a 3D statue if I uploaded a photo so I did they charged me $40
Than after waiting several weeks they sent me a 2" X 2" piece of plastic with the picture I uploaded glued on it .
It was a piece of crap this was for my son's birthday, a grade school kid could of done a better job they also have terrible customer service
