Item not received aftwr 2 months, no explanation given. Trash organization.

Did not receive my glasses, tracking number at deutsche post doesn't exist but nothing has been delivered.

Avoid like the plague. Joke of a company. Completely disorganised. Sent the wrong glasses, then when I asked for a refund shipped me another pair of glasses instead of refunding, then couldn't work out how to issue a return postage label for the second return. 4 trips to the post office and 3 months later I might finally get my money back.

Awful to deal with!!

Ordered a pair of Oakley conductor 8 sunglasses to take on holiday at the end of the week and received the wrong glasses, they weren't even close. I phoned the number provided on the invoice and explained the situation and was told the correct glasses would not be sent out until I provided them with tracking to prove I have returned the glasses. I have now left work to go home, pack their mistake up, lose money and seriously regret buying from this company.

Ordered my new Oakleys on Monday evening (after double checking they were in stock), arrived 2 days later. Genuine Oakleys (believe me I know how to verify) at 30% cheaper than elsewhere and cheaper than eBay. What's not to like? I'm ecstatic. Poor reviews on here appear to be biased to those that have ordered out of stock items.

Ordered on a Thursday, delivered on Friday. Lady on the phone was more than helpful.What more can you say. Fantastic company will definitely use again. Top notch!! Cheers

I just got my Ray Bans. It's a style that came out recently (the RB 3546) so it's still $225 CND (pre tax) in our stores. This is by far the best price online and in store and they had one pair in stock. I got it within two weeks delivered to BC, Canada. No hassles or extra charges at customs, and my glasses look phenomenal and perfect. They came with all original packaging and advertisements and an extra 10% promo code from the company. I got my hubby these sunglasses for Christmas and he loves them. I'm happy too as they were a very competitive price. Would have liked a better case for them though.
