Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, since placing an order on the 6th October, I have had to send no less than 82 emails to either them or their couriers chasing the status of my missing order. It was originally supposed to be shipped on the 10th of October and I get a delivery confirmation from their courier Evri on 22nd October. The item was not here. Furthermore, the concierge on site said that the Courier hadn't even been on site on that day. I reported the item missing and heard nothing back I had to chase another three or four times before I got a reply. I spoke to them on the phone, and they virtually accused me of stealing the order because they said there's no way the Courier system could be wrong and ask me to sign loads of written statements and provide copies of my ID which I refused. After several days backwards and forwards the currier eventually admitted that the item had been lost in their system, I forwarded the same back to this retailer only to be accused once again of having misappropriated the item and asked to provide my identification documents, which I again refused. They are refusing to send a replacement item or issue a refund even though Evri have admitted liability in writing and instructed Sunglass Hut to issue a lost item claim against Evri. This is beyond a joke, I will never ever be using SGH again.

I actually thought I was ordering from ray ban directly, their website is a carbon copy of the original ray ban websites. Spend your money elsewhere

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!
I sent back 3 pairs of glasses that they admit they received 1 month ago. Yet I still have not been refunded for them despite 4 phone calls!!
On top of this I cancelled an order as they changed the delivery date after I ordered. They didn’t respond for 36 hours after I tried to cancel it, weirdly straight after they said they were despatched!
Lo and behold I was on holiday and they know they weren't delivered from Evris photos of a box left on the drive in full view whilst we were in another country. but still no refund for that order either . I have a credit card with £1500 paid to sunglasses hut but only 1 pair of glasses from the original order for £128.
I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. Oh and I recommend finding what you like on their site and looking online as you will undoubtedly find them much cheaper elsewhere.
DISGUSTED with their total incompetence and blatant attempts to rip people off and hood onto their money!!

They’re the worst

They’re the worst. Don’t even answer at messages and I have ordered with more than 4 weeks ago and I haven’t received any answer from them. Take care they’ll scam you!

AVOID SUNGLASSES HUT at 02 outlet

On the day of purchase, the Gucci glasses were not in stock. Only the display ones, therefore new ones, were to be posted to me.
The incorrect glasses arrived via post (junior Raybans worth £60 were sent instead of glasses of £340 price point before the discount of 10%)
This all happened before I was due to go on holiday with my new sunglasses
I'm disappointed that I received the wrong glasses for that Price Point. And in addition to that, I then had to take time out of my work day to return the Raybans I received by mistake, costing me time and money.

In addition to taking time out of my day, I was disappointed that no additional compensation was offered for the warehouse's mistake. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere due to all this.

Still, the fact that your company has a policy where no additional discounts can be given in compensation or extra discount on the display glasses is quite disappointing considering this should have been offered when they were at fault.

It has left me with no choice but to write a review about my experience and the policy on Trustpilot.

My disappointment with no compensation (i.e. additional discount) for the mistake made by Sunglasses Hut and taking time out of my day to resolve it is just not acceptable.

A chaotic online service

A chaotic online service. Their delivery driver failed to find our house but did not contact. They need to start selling via Amazon as they do not seem able to offer a reasonable delivery and ordering process,

Sent me broken sunglasses

Sent me broken sunglasses, requested I sent them back which I did. Have had no communications, no interaction and no idea when I will get my replacements. Do not bother using their online store, it is terrible.

No communication

Ordered some Ray Ban sunglasses via the website
The email confirming the order stated delivery date will be confirmed soon
Every day I checked order status and it showed delivery for the next day
I chose the order for pick up at my nearest branch in Milton Keynes
Phoning the Milton Keynes branch I was assured delivery can take up to ten working days from Italy
On phoning the head office number I was told the order had been cancelled due to stock unavailability
It's no wonder Sunglasses hut get 1 star on trust pilot due to lack of communication and no response whatsoever
Just looking at other reviews it's clear the company do not respond to any criticism whatsoever
Companies that care about their image and service respond to all negative reviews and positive ones too
