Delivery within a few days. The sunglasses are nicely and professionally packaged. So long as the sunglasses do adhere to the UV protection ratings as labelled, then the £10 ones I got are perfect quality. They come with not only a soft pouch but also a hard case. Very pleased.

I've now ordered from Sunglassjunkie twice, and I have been really happy with the outcome. The first time I missed the two pairs for £15 offer by a day, but ordered two anyway. However, a day later I received an email saying £15 had been refunded, so I made use of the offer! Very kind.
The second time, I ordered one pair, they arrived promptly and well packaged - this time with the addition of a hard case!
I am very, very happy with my purchases. They're good quality and durable - I only had to replace a pair because I lost the other!
One note I would add is pay attention to the sizing!

Really pleased with my order. They arrived in time. The 2 for £25 deal meant I got good value for money. I often prefer to buy in the shops but just hadn't seen much that I liked at a reasonable price. Easy ordering. Safely packaged so that there was no damage during delivery. Would definitely use these guys again or recommend them to others.

We've investigated fully the situation. Your order was placed and dispatched on Monday June 2nd. Our delivery lead time is 3-5 working days [not counting weekends] following the day of dispatch. Today - Monday 9th is the 5th day - so hopefully your order will arrive today. With regard to notifications - you would have received 2 - the first confirming receipt of your order and the second confirming dispatch. We do not send any additional notifications thereafter as there is no need to bombard our customers with unnecessary communications.
With regard to contacting our customer service number - we offer our customers a freephone service. If our customer service team do not answer within 3 rings, then you'll be invited to leave a voicemail message. When the next available operator is free they will respond to your voicemail and call back.. I don't believe you left any message, so unfortunately we couldn't respond. We aim to respond all call/email enquiries within 1 hour, however we average less than 15 minutes at non peak times. The freephone service is there to not inconvenience our customers day and ensure we respond quickly to any queries they may have.
Prior to your Trust Pilot review, we received an email from you at 11.02am today requesting a status update ref. your order.. Our Customer Service Manager then made contact with you to review your order status..
As indicated we work extremely hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer experience is a critical part of our overall offer. We never want any customer to feel that they've experienced a bad service. We pride ourselves in making sure all our customers get the very best service, product and support.
We're very sorry on this occasion you feel that you've not had a good service, however after investigating we cannot see any failing to provide you with the service we promote and others experience.

I would defiantly recommend this company to all my friends (I already have) all the sunglasses are gorgeous and there was plenty of sunglasses for everyone no matter what your style is. The quality looks great too, can't wait until the sun comes back out so I can put my sunglasses on..it's gonna be a hard decision between the two!!

Was very pleased with my leopard print wayfarers, they look really cool. they do feel quite light and like there's not much too them but you cant complain when you're only paying £10.
i liked the way they were e and thought the service was great. Would definitely buy from Sunglass Junkie again :)
