The process up to having my panels…
The process up to having my panels installed, was very good, and I felt very positive about my choice of company. However like many others there has not been any communication between Sunhero, and myself. I have tried to contact them but have had no response. Therefore all their promises of support after installation has simply ceased, including the 4 years of annually washing of the panels. All just ignored by the company. Surely they have an obligation to look after their customers even after bankruptcy.. I am quite disgusted with this company who I thought was honorable.
No support from this company…
Sunhero installed our solar system without any issues. However, a problem later developed and Sunhero have ignored numerous emails and WhatsApp messages with no communication from this company to rectify the problem even though the system is still under warranty.

Very professional installation from start to finish. All on time with correspondence with third parties carried out seamlessly.'
However, support has turned out to be extremely poor. My panels developed a problem that was initially repaired ( temporary fix) that redeveloped. Despite numerous emails and WhatsApp messages over the last three months I am getting no response from Sunhero and messages are being ignored. I see that this is not uncommon from other posts even though the Sunhero website guarantees lifelong support. It's not worth dealing with the company if support after installation is not forthcoming.
Terrible customer service
I Also had my installation carried out in 2024 . But Now there is very little output. Not sure if the units are working ? Elec Bills very high? And No response from SUNHERO? No reply to emails or phone calls? No after sales service at all. Have they gone Bankrupt? and what happens to the customers who already exisit?
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They were great at the start, and all the work was carried out correctly, then they stopped responding, they didn't pay the subveciones for the IBI and Renta work, and then I have heard they have gone bankrupt.
Avoid at all costs.

Sunhero is promising excellent service. I installed a system in July and I have had constant problems with grid failures, loose contact, not safe installations with too few fastening points, loose screws, hanging optimizers not fastened. This can all be fixed but they have decided to ignore me totally. They came and fixed one issue after 2 weeks of no production. Now with the latest issues I found that is also a safety hazard they have decided to completely ignore me. I was very happy with the sales process but the quality of installation is not acceptable, service level horrible and functionality is also under any expectations. Do not buy from this company!

Either lousy support of unprofessional staff. Either is unacceptable
Poor after installation service
Once the plant had been set up and paid for, there was not much help to be had.

When I didn't understand what the electricity company wrote to us (I'm Danish) and I didn't get help from Sunhero, we missed 1 year's revenue
No compensation given.

Waste of time and effort
Installation completed on June 8th.
Not received 1 cent back from Iberdrola for excess energy. Had Iberdrola engineer check and say "The technicians indicate that the generated energy is not being recorded, for this reason they recommend checking your installation to verify that there are surpluses of generation and they are not being blocked by an anti-discharge system or defect of the photovoltaic installation."

They are the cheapest solar panals I have found in spain, they take care of all the paperwork, all you have to do is order your sunhero panals provided the information they need then set back and start saving on your energy plus help the environment, within the first two months your electric bills will go down.

Very impressed with the price and the service from start to finish. They obtained the approvals very quickly, installed the panels when they said they would and got us our licence in very quick time. Customer service has been first class.

The whole process with Sunhero has been impressive and very professional for us. Initially, we were provided with a very informative presentation tailored to our needs that showed us each step of the way and allowed us time to ask questions. The technical team were efficient and installation was smooth and fast. We really like the App and we are are extremely happy with the end result.

A Professional Company
The most impressive service from this company is the customer focus. After talking with two other companies before Sunhero, I was taken aback by the difference in their approach compared to their competitors. I was provided with a pre-sales English speaking focal point, who answered promptly all of my initial questions and presented a viable solution. After placing the order I was passed to a technical focal point, who took me through all of the technical points right through to the system was installed, again responding promptly to any questions I had. Finally, after the installation was completed I was passed to a post-sales English speaking focal point, who is there for any further needs, such as questions about the subsidies etc. All in all, an excellent, professional company. Throughout the whole process there was only one small negative, in that my roof is some years old and the installers inadvertently broke and displaced a number of the roof tiles while they were working. I had to lean on them quite hard in order to make sure everything was repaired and broken tiles replaced, which they finally did to a satisfactory standard. I would just add that my roof is quite complicated in that it doesn't have a large flat area in which to fit the panels. Sunhero came up with a solution in order to achieve the most optimal efficiency, which their competitors did not contemplate. I certainly have no reluctance to recommend Sunhero to other people.
After sales service is good. My only criticism is that they seem to have a communication breakdown between the authorities and themselves, regarding the final registration for subsidies. I had to go behind this in order to ensure satisfaction, after which they performed perfectly well.

Biff up the after sales support
Biff up the after sales support. Nice people on sales and the ones you can find in after sale. After 9 month from the installation Sunhero cant get there stol together and organise the documentation for our sale of surplus electricity or help us out with the grant application.
