To be honest, not even sure where to start. Once I wrote down a complete list of what went wrong, I had 2 pages A5 written. From lack of lead from them, through ignoring us, and not sending instructions (to this date), on application it appears the warranty started half a year before we even ordered the product... then finance department handling the complaint from us, because the incompetence of the planner could not be reported to the manager, and the same person is the planner and the manager. They auto invited themselves to come over... and on, and on and on... Just....Find another company, because, this is an example of how not to do business.

Very disappointed in the service received so far! Waited 4 months for the first agreed installation date, only to find out that they will not be arriving the next day.
After another 2 weeks, they arrived 3 hours after the agreed time to only notice that they do not have the correct tools to complete the job (even though someone was sent out for quotation prior). Half of the materials are also not available (after they had 4 months to plan and order it). Left the property without starting the job.
If it goes like this before the installation started, I do not have any confidence in the quality of the end job (if they manage to come back with the correct tools and enough materials).
It's a real pity as they appeared to be a high quality company at first sight. I do not recommend!
