It has been easy to use. I spend my time in the sauna on the pad, trying to learn more about programming it, etc. The preset programs are great! The only reason for the 4 stars on ease of assembly is because it took 2 college guys and me to do it. I feel like these saunas are great for people like me who live so far from town that it makes more sense to have one at home, but that also means I had to wait weeks to round up guys to help me lift the pieces. Would have happily paid if assembly could have been an add-on. Overall, a great purchase and I am enjoying it. Happy it has the red light also.

Its an okay product. I am not happy with the auto set ups which was not explained to me. I had thought it would be manual operation. I had requested help with setting up the operation and after promises of pending help it never happened. So my rating is more for lack of customer service than the build of the unit. Obviously the auto set up is more prone to fail, so time will tell how the programming holds up.

Absolutely fantastic quality. Solid construction, excellent bang and oligsen speakers, easy to schedule time in sauna don’t is preheated and ready to go. I’ve been using a minimum of once a day, sometimes twice.

Overall, the sauna is very nice. I marked the quality high because it has met my expectations from that persepective. I do wish it came with some better introduction type content for using it. The assembly took longer than I expected, perhaps that was unique to my experience though. The one thing that could be better is the communication in general. I ordered multiple add-ons with the sauna and those continue to come in piece-mail but the communications are not clear about what is included. Multiple items were on backorder and I didn't realize that until after the sauna arrived. I'm still waiting on one more item and the link to check the status are not helpful. Overall, communication could be better throughout the entire purchasing process - especially for a product that costs what these saunas do. The communication during the sales process was great, it was after the sale that I felt was lacking.
