I would totally recommend Sunlight Properties to anyone considering renting an apartment in Nice, France. Communication with Catherine and Hanna was timely, courteous, attentive and simply excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed and also offered extra services such as a bottle of champagne and a delicious cheese and fruit platter. I recommend them without hesitation.

An absolute pleasure to rent from!
I would highly recommend Sunlight Properties to anyone looking to rent in Nice. They provided incredible customer service and we loved our apartment. They made the entire renting process very simple, regardless of living in the States! We've already booked another rental with them later this year.

Apartment rental
From the initial enquiry to check-in at our apartment everything went so smoothly. Our flight was late arriving and it was such a treat to find a driver waiting for us to take us directly to the apartment. This is the first time we have used Sunlight Properties and we will certainly use them again. A special mention to Catherine in the Dublin office for handling small queries quickly and to Hanna who looked after check-in and followed up with us while staying. Sunlight Properties Superb Attention to Detail
My wife & I recently had a fantastic long weekend in Nice and have to say how impressed we were with both the property (Jasmin) where we stayed and the attention to service detail provided by Sunlight Properties.
Our plane was delayed an hour, but the taxi driver they had arranged was still there. As was the lovely lady who met us at the property and showed us around it. Not only did we get a terrific induction on how all the facilities worked but she showed us very clearly on a map how to achieve all our goals for the weekend. Not having to work everything out saved us hours of lost time so we could get the best out of the short time we had there.
Every detail has been thought of to make the stay just go right, even down to having important and useful phrases in French provided with phonetic pronunciation in case you have to make yourself understood to an emergency service and have no French ability,
Any clarification calls were answered immediately over the weekend and of course the taxi back to the airport was perfectly punctual.
Would I use Sunlight Properties again? Absolutely. For time poor travellers like my wife and I, knowing that everything will "just work out" because someone has thought well about what our needs could be is worth its weight in gold.
