Placed an online order with them. Tried to contact their sales and support and got no response to change the shipping address right after the order was sent. I've sent at least 8 emails to 4 different email address. Delivery company said my parcel was sent back. No response from Sunlu

sunlu filaments are great for my printing.I love the printing surface effect of PLA Meta and SILK rainbow.

When I started 1.5 years ago in resin, I found this UV Light Resin Dryer perfect, Uniform curing, nice price, ... Easy to use. Product as described. Convenient and good size.

I can't speak to the quality of their products as I havent had time to test them yet. I just want to let people know that if you order multiple different kinds of material from Sunlu, they send each type of material in separate shipments. So if your contry has a per shipment toll/tax it might be good to keep that in mind.

I ordered for almost $200 resin from them. They managed to lose one part of the shipment and when requesting a replacement shipment or refund, there is absolutely no response whatsoever.
I am now going through my credit card company and their internet fraud department to get my money back.
I like the resin they sell, but will not do business with them ever again.

I purchased the sunlu t3 honestly didn’t have high hopes but considering it outlasted my voxelab aquila and my anycubic mega zero I think its a decent printer for the price i will say do not leave it around kids its nearly taken my hand off multiple times if theres anything in its way it will not stop theres no safety features at all

I purchased the Sunlu Filadryer S1 3D printing mate and it came with a card that has a QR code on which is meant to link to the instruction manual. However, because there is no safety certificate, I can't open the instructions. I have emailed Sunlu multiple times in an attempt to get a pdf copy or a different link and no one has bothered responding. I now have a $70+ plastic box that I can't use and am very frustrated at the lack of response and customer service!!

Awful company. Read all the genuine reviews to see how they screw orders up. They got mine badly wrong then after PayPal intervened they told me to post wrong order back to Hong Kong. Order allegedly came from uk warehouse. Now no matter how many times I have unsubscribed or emailed them telling them to stop, they continue to send me junk mail. Avoid this bunch of losers.

Delivery excellent. The product, white petg filament is disappointingly wishy washy in colour. It printed OK for me between 210 and 220.

Have used Sunlu multiple times and have never had any problems.

Some of my orders have been shipped in batches, which is fine, but one order in particular I still haven't received three of the rolls. It has been over a month and a half since I placed the order. Rolls still aren't shipped.

Great sample pack to get started. Everything was in individual boxes and vacuum packed. Great price.

Pretty much the same experience than everyone here. Ordered 10 rolls of 2kg filament, received 10 rolls of 1kg filament. Support doesn't respond, not option proposed.

Delivery could be a bit quicker. But quality of the product is good.
