I have been a loyal customer since 2024 and I got to know Sunnamusk through a friend at work when I asked about the name of his perfume, I have been buying my oil perfumes from Sunnamusk since then anytime I visit UK 🇬🇧 but my recent experience was great when I bought an oil Evantos perfume and was asked to pay 40 pounds instead of 45 pounds just because to I have to subscribe to Sunnamusk website, it was a cool deal for me because with the subscription I get a lot of updates on their new collections and reductions sales.

Watered down product
The fragrance I was given to test in store was completely different from the one I received after purchasing. The tester was strong, long-lasting, and exactly what convinced me to buy it.
However, the bottle I was sold barely lasts two hours before the scent disappears. It feels like a much weaker version of the tester, which was extremely disappointing given the price.
Based on my experience, I feel the product I purchased does not match the quality of the sample I was shown. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Return and refund process is a joke
Had issues with communication on last review but then i sent back the unopened sealed perfume back and haven’t received any refund or email. Their customer service is awful and any returns refund is treated with less care.
Thanks for the reply and sending me shipping label but I have already sent it back to the address mentioned in the website and paid for my own shipping. I am simply waiting to be refunded.

I ordered a few oils and a couple of their fragrances at a great price compared to any of their competitors around. The oils smell incredible and last all day. I was still getting a whiff of them the following morning on my skin and they are at a great price. As I ordered a few things, come checkout I was eligible for a few samples and they do treat you with the samples! Really great company to buy your scents from in my opinion.
